I wish I could leave absolutely NO STARS ! Terrible customer service, cold food that looks old, and no care about people at all. I placed an order they allowed a third party to ride around with my order until it looked like the pictures attached. Not the least bit of warmth. I asked how they would handle the situation and the young lady said “we aren’t going to do anything about it, but you can warm it up” ! The manager gets on the phone to say that they can’t call everyone to tell them that the orders are delayed . I asked him what do they do for customer service, and he still hasn’t given an answer. He claimed that he would send another order because he was “trying to work with me”. Very unapologetic and they don’t care about their customers at all.

Par for the course. Not bad but certainly not that good. Overall execution could have been much better but I’ll chalk it up to a bad night or something to that affect. I was definitely excited to order since I haven’t had a good old loaded Pan pizza in a long time but after getting it I immediately remembered why I consistently go to Marco’s Pizza.

We have to do carry out because they don’t deliver to loganville anymore but used to. It is hit and miss with this location. Sometimes pizza is gear and other times it’s burnt. I cannot give higher than 3 stars because of that.

This was by far my WORST experience with Pizza Hut. When our pizzas arrived, it seems as if they were transported sideways so everything was on my side of the pizzas. Even the cinnabuns were shifted to one side. When I contacted this location about the issue, I was placed on hold. The only issue is they didn’t mute the phone and I heard them talking in the background that I was probably lying and to tell me that they will have to pick it up to see what I say. That more than likely I will decline. So when he returned to the phone, I told him that I heard everything they were saying and why would I spend $70 on pizzas to call and complain. I have the pictures!! I’ll NEVER spend another dime at this location!!

This was a last minute decision for dinner after a funeral, etc! Let’s just say, it had been a long emotional day! ….. Ordered online, the app promised our pizza would be done at 6pm. We walked in the door at 6pm and our pizza’s were just getting put in the boxes. Loaded down with the toppings requested and cooked perfectly!! ….. We WILL BE BACK!!!

I just received my Big Dinner Box that I had placed for delivery. My son takes a bite of the boneless wings and they are completely raw, not undercooked, but RAW. I called and spoke to the manager Madison, who acted like I was an inconvenience. This is completely unacceptable and I will never place another order here again.

Contactless carry out was a joke. Expect that they won’t bring your food out. Instructions on Pizza Hut’s door instructions you to text them upon arrival. After multiple texts to them and eventually getting a response from an employee replying it would be out in 5 minute, we waited another 25 minutes before I had to call them to have them not be able to locate my order immediately. So finally my dried out food came out to my car. Did I mention they also wouldn’t take my coupon because on Pizza Hut’s end they said it was expired but doesn’t expire until next MONTH. But I ordered anyways. Thanks for my dry, barely warm food.
