I have written maybe 3 reviews my entire life, but thought this establishment deserved my review. This is the worst pizza establishment I have ever been to. I don’t even think you can call what they serve pizza. Got both hand tossed and pan, both were not edible. I even tried to feed to both my dogs, and they wouldn’t eat it. So bad I wonder if they even have the equipment they need to make the pizza? That would be the only explanation I have, is they do not have the normal equipment Pizza Hut provides to make their pizza.

Food taste ok but they did not add extra toppings I paid for… for the second time. Charge an additional $4.99 for delivery but it took 45 minutes after I received the text saying it would be delivered shortly. When we called to check on the order after 35 minutes (we live 6 minutes away), we were told “well we’ve been busy, don’t know when it will be delivered”

Food is usually pretty good, but if you have it delivered be prepared to wait forever. Usually 20-30 minutes longer than what they tell you everytime. Also, Pizza Hut is taking money from the drivers, adding a delivery fee. The delivery fee goes straight to the hut and not the employee delivering it. They also want you to add a tip on top of delivery fee. It’s ridiculous.

We placed an order online for this location and the people called us and canceled the order saying “they didn’t have a driver”. I offered to pick up my order and they already refunded my order before they even told me. I’ll never order from this location again. How do you cancel someone’s food order? ridiculous!!!!!!

Marcelis? Answered the phone and was rude in taking my order. I was told the order would arrive in 25 minutes and I called an hour later to check on the status of my order. The store did not answer so I was transferred to a “call center” where a representative looked up my order. I was notified that the driver had attempted to deliver the pizza but “for some reason they had to return to the store”. The store NEVER contacted me that an attempt was made or gave me an update. In addition, the call center rep said she could reenter the order but was unable to provide a timeframe. When I asked if we would have to pay for the rentered pizza, she said yes. I think after Poor customer service and a lack of delivery, the least Pizza Hut could do is a complementary pizza or a discount.

This by far has been the worst experience, our order was not cut correctly. We called as soon as we got it after almost an hour of placing the order. We had to ask to get it done again and it’s been 1 1/2 hour and no driver, or food. Mind you we live 3 miles down the road

Delivery guy was nice. Pizza was gross, the bbq pizza tasted smoky and the cheese pizza must have been sitting in the box for a long time cuz it was super soggy. Also took and hour and a half to get here. I’ll stick to Domino’s
