Pizza Hut has fallen far from grace since it’s hey day as pizza chain king of the 90’s and this location is no exception. Service is awful, you go in and people just won’t be working there despite having placed an order online, delivery takes forever and always arrives dry, cold and like it was prepared with a hammer. I’m certain my 10 year old while not versed in the rocket science of pizza could run this place better. Don’t eat here. SERIOUSLY, IT’S AWFUL!

I am not sure where to begin lol, got my money back finally after I told the lazy manager/woman to call the district manager and she did. Also told them I didn’t want to spend all night at Pizza Hut when they offered to make another one. Why would they even serve something like this, good thing is I am not even hungry anymore. The lobby was full of people waiting for orders as well, the staff has gone down hill and it was a horrible experience. The pizza on one side was nothing but crust, no toppings, sauce or cheese. The manager was very rude and lazy. I use to love the Pizza Hut in York and was thankful we had one smh.
