It was explained to me that due to the fact, the driver delivered food cold, and there was stuff missing and the order was incorrect. I would get The appropriate reconciliation, the York Pizza Hut actually Miss spoke and did not provide what they guarantee. I would not order again from York, South Carolina nor would I order again from Pizza Hut.

Ordered Pizza on a Monday night. Pizza, wings and dessert. Everything was great. But what made our experience even better was the extra special notes Ashley left on our pizza box and our receipt. I called her to let her know how sweet and thoughtful the notes were. The extra effort made our night.

Our order was delivered except the drink and Ranch sauces. The driver went back and got them and returned. Everything was pretty good but what kind of wings are y’all serving. It looks like a chicken claw. Lol! Come on Pizza Hut if customers are going to pay high prices at least throw on the meat to the bone.

Ordered online and saw the Travern Pizza. It looked and sounded good. The center one in my picture was “double pepperoni” but there was not double pepperoni. $53.57 for 3 very small (large) thin, crispy pizzas. On the left is Buffalo Chickem and on the right was Pepperoni Onions and Banana Peppers. They all tasted great but did not serve 4 people. In York we are getting 2 new mom & pop pizza places so these chain joints are gonna have to step it up.

They gave me the wrong food and when I tried to call to get it fixed they wouldn’t answer. Tried contacting Pizza Hut customer support to and they never did anything either. Sticking to Papa John’s from now on.

I am not sure where to begin lol, got my money back finally after I told the lazy manager/woman to call the district manager and she did. Also told them I didn’t want to spend all night at Pizza Hut when they offered to make another one. Why would they even serve something like this, good thing is I am not even hungry anymore. The lobby was full of people waiting for orders as well, the staff has gone down hill and it was a horrible experience. The pizza on one side was nothing but crust, no toppings, sauce or cheese. The manager was very rude and lazy. I use to love the Pizza Hut in York and was thankful we had one smh.

We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, one cheese bread stick, mild wings. When we got home with our food, we had been given 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizza instead of 2 pepperoni, and the mild wings hardly had any sauce on them. The pizzas also has little to no sauce on them. Really disappointed in the service.

Ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage and extra cheese. I got home before I realized that 1/2 of the pizza had little to no cheese, you could literally see the sauce and crust, and the other half had less than what you would normally see on a cheese pizza. It was cold also, like it had been sitting around a while outside of the warmer (its 8 minutes to home). A few months back we got a call from the manager of this store, and he told us that an employee helped herself to like a $60.00 tip charged to our card. In the last month or so this store has gone way downhill, my last order before this one was also messed up. I have already axed Dominos for having a poor product, and now Pizza Hut. Its Papa Johns from now on when I have a craving for good pizza. “Noone out pizzas the hut”, ya gotta be kidding.
