Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Ordered 2 large pizzas. 1 supreme 1 pepperoni new yorker with extra cheese. Supreme has no onion no peppers and almost no pepperoni. Pepperoni was literally paper thin now almost zero cheese let alone extra. And was so dry and tough that as a 20yo it was genuinely painful to chew and so flavorless I had to double check to mach sure I wasn’t eating the box the damn thing came in. First time I’ve eaten pizza hut in 8 years and quickly reminded why….HORRIBLE

This has been the thinnest pizza I have ever seen as hand tossed. It was almost see through if you pick it up to the light. Sauce was hardly hardly even though I ordered regular. Won’t be ordering here again.

The workers are super friendly and the food is always delicious. They ALWAYS get my food out fast I come here atleast twice a week and I’ve never had a bad experience. My food is always fresh and hot. 100% recommend coming here!!!

I waited all day for the wayback Wednesday deal and for my wife to get off work and join me. I called at 7:02pm to place the order first I got a robot then she/it couldn’t place my order then she or it connected me to the store. A lady answered the phone and said pizza hut please hold. 57 minutes later still on hold I pulled up at the location enter the store for the cook to tell us they were out of pizza and for me to come back tomorrow. I waited all day to eat here with my wife and to 100% disappointed with being put on hold for 57 minutes and then no pizza this is pizza hut. Thanks for making go across the street to Little Caesars. My wife called to order five pizzas on Friday and whatever punk took the phone call was extremely rude and she heard him saying, “I’m about to lose my mind”, while she was asking a few questions. We used to frequent this place and it’s sad these kids are unable to be respectful and patient. Probably wanted to get back on his cell phone and scroll instead of working. I’m sure he’ll end up making nothing of himself and we will not come back.

Ordered from here today for the first and the very last time. Half of out pizzas had no cheese. Breadsticks were stale and tasted awful for some reason. Wings had absolutely no sauce on them. What is their manager doing? It’s like no care, thought, or effort was put into our order. We order pizza about twice a week so they lost a good customer. Shame. Im sorry I cheated on Little Cesar’s. I’ll never go here again.

I will never go to this pizza hut again. They cannot make the order right nor replace it. Cheese sticks were over cooked and left on the counter to get cold along with other people’s food. Brought the main course of before the appetizers. The pasta noodles were hard. The pizzas were brought out on the pizza board but everything else was brought out in togo containers. Mind you we were dining in. Customer service was pathetic. Should’ve taken more pictures for cooperate to see.

Came for dinner. Ordered a large pepperoni. Pizza had early any chese at all. Spoke to manager. She came out an looked and said that looks about right. I said I have been eating pizza for 50 years and I have never had a pizza with this little cheese on it. She said we’ll, that’s how it is… and left the table.
