We chose to eat here because we had small children with us and we knew it would not be crowded. During the whole time we were there, there were no other customers in the dining room, which was the only good part of our experience. There was only one person who was serving the dining room, and she was also manning the carryout register. The store was very understaffed. The menus do not have prices on them. You have to scan a QR code to see a tiny version of the print menu on your phone which was too difficult to read. We looked online and decided what to order, but the server told us that price was not valid unless we ordered online. We asked how much the order would be and she said she would have to check. We waited for her to return but ended up ordering online before she got back due to her having to work the carryout register as well. The app said that the order would be ready in 20 minutes. When it showed that it was ready, I went to the carry out counter to get it, but we were told it was not ready because there was only one person making pizzas and they were behind. We did not receive our pizza for 50 minutes after placing the order, and over an hour after we were seated. They rest of our party had already finished eating and were ready to leave. The pizza we were served was lukewarm and clearly not freshly made, making us wonder why we were told repeatedly that it was not ready yet.

Ordering from the Newberry Pizza Hut was a breeze. The online system made it simple to choose exactly what I wanted. I loved scrolling through the menu, with all the delicious options right in front of me. There were plenty of pizzas, sides, and drinks to choose from. I could see all the specials and even add my favorite toppings. It felt so easy to click and get ready to enjoy a fantastic meal without any hassle.
Once I placed my order, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my pizza arrived. The delivery was right on time, which is always a huge plus. The delivery person was so polite and friendly, which made the experience even better. It’s nice to have a little chat when they hand you your food. We was in the area and we decided to stop here to eat. The employees were very helpful, patient and polite. I’ve never been in a pizza hut this big. Looks nice inside and even had my guy Bob Ross on the TV. Service was great but for me wanting pizza hut so long and getting what we got, I didn’t enjoy the pizza. The cheese on the pizza was coming off as you bit it but, it wasn’t long before the pizza was stiff. Idk why the pizza got stiff like that but, I surely didn’t like it and I guess it will be a lil longer before I get pizza hut again.

Had a small line and a wait for a pickup order, but I was able to see Anthony at the counter handling multiple orders including the drive through customers and group transactions. Busy rush hour for a single person, but he was very courteous and respectful to every one of them including me, so thanks for the positivity, a great service and a good pizza!

4 visits, 4 jacked up orders. Ordered the Chicago Tavern Style Ultimate pizza and garlic cheese sticks through the app. Get there and the pizza has the meats, but no vegetables. Asked why it didn’t have them and the staff didn’t even know what was supposed to be on it. I explained it, because they didn’t even have a menu in the store that had it on there. Grape tomatoes, roasted peppers, and carmelized onions. Asked them to remake it. They did, all the time joking about it as I’m watching them. Bring out the new pizza and it has green peppers and regular onions. Not what I ordered. Asked for a refund and it was begrudgingly given. 50 minutes of my time wasted – we ate Sonic. Train your employees about what’s on the menu!

Well, the inside of the restaurant is freezing cold, and the air conditioner was left on with no change, even after asking multiple times for a small change in temperature, as we had our 6 month old eating with us. The waiter was friendly, but if you can’t enjoy your food because you’re freezing, then there’s no point. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time as well. Will never give this pizza hut my business again.
Update: Ordered a special for $24.99 and then got charged separately for every single item. While waiting for the orders to show up to the table, they had forgotten to cook one of the pizzas. So my kids had to wait in the cold even longer for the food. Gotta do better Pizza Hut Newberry!!

Ordered wings on Wings Wednesday. Went to the restaurant to pick them up and I still had to wait. Since I had to wait, I was expecting my wings to be fresh. I checked the wings when I got them and they were drenched in BBQ sauce. Fine, whatever. I get home only to notice that they looked burnt. I checked all the wings and they all were very dark. No wonder they put so much sauce on it, they knew that the wings were overcooked. I tasted one and it tasted awful. I called the store back to let them know and was told, “oh yeah, that was a mistake on our end. There was an issue with our cooking oil and we just got it replaced.” My thing is why would you even serve wings like that when you know that they aren’t going do turn out right.

I’ve had majority good experiences at this Pizza Hut but today was different. I ordered the Dinner Box and received dough with seasoning instead of actual breadsticks and severely underbaked cinnamon sticks. The pizza was good but I was extremely disappointed in the rest.
