Paid 50 dollars for a 16pc family meal and my side weren’t filled i was missing 2 out of 8 biscuits and when I call to speak to the manager of course the I am the manager happened but was executed so haphazardly we could hear background conversation in between being muted after some time the actual manager (who was already in the background with the guy who posed as manager) stepped in and said maybe the Gm can help me tomorrow this place is getting run into the ground by under management.

I have to say the flavor does feel a lot better than other places! I have to try the Taco Bell menu next time.

When you buy a famous bowl and 2 pieces of chicken which equals 5.99 for bowl and 7.69 for 2 pieces of chicken (breasts) plus 1.25 for 1 piece (breast) of chicken. I ask about it and was told their expensive. I don’t know about the other ones but the kfc in new castle over charge people. I will never buy anything from kfc again. I wish i could give them a lower rating.
On the menu you can clearly see i was charged for a 2 piece chicken meal plus charged 1.25 for getting 2 chicken breasts. I left with my bowl and 2 chicken breasts and a biscuit.

Recently remodeled restaurant. Food was good, but usually the service isn’t great. Service at this particular location is usually slow, and sometimes forgetful. Drive thru line is always long, but usually lines aren’t long inside.
