Delivery left at the door. They didn’t knock or anything just left food on the ground. Didn’t get my drink and the pasta is dry and burnt. Food taste like it was made earlier in the day not fresh! This facility needs to be shut down!!

First time here. Walked in and was not greeted. While I was waiting I noticed one of the employees putting french fries and chicken in the fryer with no gloves. He then proceeds to the back in some room, comes out and goes right back to putting food on the fryer with no gloves. Not once did he wash his hands. After 2 other customers came in, the employee finally came to acknowledge me, but did not apologize or greet me. Proceed with caution here. Definitely will not come here again.

Delivery estimate at time of order was 30-40 minutes. After ordering, the estimate pushed to 50-60 minutes. An hour and a half after ordering, I called the local store to check on the status of my yet to be delivered dinner, and sat on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up in hangry disappointment.
A few hours later that evening, I left to go to the store to find the pizza sitting on the ground on the sidewalk at the top of my (long) driveway.. completely inedible after sitting out for so long. Went to the store to request a refund and the cashier was unfriendly, said he’d void it out when he closes.. the charge is still showing as ‘pending’ on my credit card (fingers crossed it is dropped).

Ordered 2 medium pizzas for carry out an hour before they closed. Got to the store for pick up time and was told that they didn’t have anymore medium pizzas and to go online for a refund. There is absolutely no way to get the refund through email or over the phone. The guy who was working was extremely rude and short with us, like we just offended him by ordering pizza. I tried going back in to ask if I could just pay extra for larges, but surprise, the doors were locked 40 minutes early. The franchise owner and managers need to be aware of their employees being rude and just not wanting to work.

I’m done with you Pizza Hut. I’ve tried multiple locations and given them multiple chances. It’s always the same story. Either my order is wrong or the pizza isn’t cooked thoroughly. This pizza was not cooked properly. I’m done wasting my time and money. Gas station pizza is better and more reliable than this. Frozen pizza has higher quality than this. The service is generally terrible, but tonight someone actually spoke to me within 10 minutes of me walking in the door.

Ordered delivery from this location. Over $100 total which isn’t an issue. What is an issue- the order was supposed to be delivered by 7:25. Instead, I received a message saying the delivery was transferred to Doordash. Next thing I know is the expected delivery keeps getting increased. And I’m seeing that the driver has 4 deliveries ahead of mine. At 7:44, my husband calls this location. The “manager” tells him that they don’t employ delivery drivers and that if he didn’t want to wait for delivery, why didn’t he come pick it up himself. This is completely unacceptable. There was no reason for the manager to be rude when my husband called to inquire about when we could expect our food. Not to mention, when we finally received our food, it was not hot after being delivered following 4 other deliveries. If I wanted to order from Doordash and get cold food, I would’ve ordered directly from them. Will never order from them again. BTW, finally got thr food at 8 pm. SMH

EDIT 10/14/24 – I believe this location is under new management. The pizza has improved INCREDIBLY! I wanted to visit a couple times additionally before updating my review. The quality has been very consistent. I believe corporate has read the reviews.

I was hoping that a relocation to the South Tryon Pizza Hut would’ve resulted in a better experience. Unfortunately, with each visit the quality gets worse. Here’s why:
1. The pizza never ever has the appropriate amount of cheese. It’s always 90% sauce. Is there a shortage of mozzarella cheese?
2. I’ve witnessed the the employees lack hairnets and gloves. One employee was seen scratching his ear/face and shaking his locs over pizza that he was cutting without gloves. The most disgusting thing ever.
3. There’s never a greeting upon arrival.
I must say, despite the above experiences, there’s one lady who is friendly with a great smile. This store can definitely stand some improvement in the quality of their items and cleanliness of employees.
I’ve tried to give this store plenty of chances but the lack of cheese on the pizza is extremely unsatisfactory and there is nothing corporate is doing about it. I’m forced to take my business down the street. Honestly, have you seen the Google reviews for this location? Many many customers are saying the same thing regarding the lack of cheese on the pizza and lack of appropriate toppings. Please correct these issues as it illegal and false advertising.

I only got Pizza Hut cause of the Triple Treat promotion and I don’t think I’ll be getting it again. I ordered what was supposed to be Cinimon rolls and bread sticks but I received a slab of pizza dough slathered in garlic on 1 half and Cinimon on the other. It was late or else I would have taken it back and asked for a refund. Also the pizza is on the wrong crust (ordered the tavern style got normal hand tossed). Never again.

Ordered two personal pans, fries and breadsticks. I can deal with the fact that the food was cold but what does not make sense is what they tried to pass off as breadsticks! That’s them in the picture….looks delicious right! I knew I shouldn’t have ventured off my normal pizza place. Never again.

I just ended a 33 minute call with roughly 4 minutes of actual dialouge and the other 29 minutes on hold after calling to advise them of the ultimate being so greasy that the toppings wouldn’t stay on the pizza and that the pizza was stuck to the cardboard. I was told by a rep who was kind however the manager wouldn’t even bring themselves to validate my concerns $50 in this economy is alot on pizza and if they couldn’t replace the 2 items out of the 4 that were made incorrectly given that it would have ultimately been cheaper to replace then I will get a refund. It’s poor management that ruins establishments like this as a quick excel report of my finances and receipts will show that I’ve spent thousands over the years with the franchise as a whole. I think It’s time to end the relationship.
