Ordered a pizza online for delivery, got confirmation and almost an hour passed and my pizza had not arrived. i called to ask what happened, they told me my address was out of their delivery range. They said that they could change it to pick it up, but it was 11:30 and they closed at 12, and I asked if I could go , because I live in Dallas and the lady told me that I could go, and I went right away, and when I arrived it was closed but a lady was leaving, she was the last person leaving , and the door was already locked, she got into a car that was in front of the door, I saw that she was putting a pizza in the back seat, I rolled down the window and asked her if she worked there and she told me no, very rudely but she was wearing a Pizza Hut t-shirt, she knew I was picking up my pizza from Dallas, and that it was not our fault but their fault for not notifying me that my address was not in their delivery range, I just searched for a pizza hut and ordered from the location that came up online. What the hell was I going to know that this pizzeria was not delivering in my area, I didn’t even know where it was, and they didn’t report anything… that horrible woman, she is rude and not very human because she knew it was not my mistake,

This was my first time ordering pizza hut online and the first time in quite a while that I’ve eaten it at all. It was a pretty easy process to check out as a guest. I did a big box special and ordered carry-out. It said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived after about 20 minutes. I walked in and apparently a customer didn’t get the wings he ordered. The customer waited quietly and patiently to the side as I stood at the counter waiting. An employee, probably the manager, made his disappointment in the other employees very clear and I thought he wasn’t talking to them with very much respect, even if they did make a mistake. After a few minutes of standing inside, I was finally greeted. The food was hot and ready. I think a 3 star review would be too harsh, as I don’t know the full story of the situation, but simply greeting people as they walk in would go a long way to improving customer service: “Welcome, we will be right with you”.

Staff is kind and helpful. I often places large orders for a dealership and it is always ready on time. In my personal opinion, the employees most likely deserve a raise. 🙂

Over the past couple of months, every time we have ordered here, we have had a problem with our order. We have experienced missing items, wrong items, overcooked food, cold food, etc. I will give the store some credit as they have “made it right” each time. However, it has been at an added expense to me.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Abigail this evening who calls herself a manager. I spent $60 on a delivery, the driver acknowledged he forgot the drink and he would return with it. 45 minutes later and no drink I call the store to be told by Abigail she could refund my $4 for the drink or I could come pick it up. She refused to refund my delivery fee and the tip I requested back for the poor service. She is a terrible human being, but I guess good help is STILL hard to find. Good thing the calls are monitored for “Quality Assurance”

First I only received half of my paid order. When I confronted the delivery driver in regards to the rest of my order, he was clueless. When the store was called I was informed that they would get the rest of my food out in about 30-40 minutes which is completely unacceptable since I already had to wait 30 minutes for the first half of the order. When I called back and spoke directly to the manager she informed me that there was only one delivery driver and she would make it fresh and send the food out but it would be 30-40 minutes. When I live literally 3 minutes away from the store. When I asked for a refund she refunded the cost of the one item not the associated delivery fees. I was very disappointed with the customer service. There is literally 5 pizza places within a 3 mile radius of my home and my child wanted Pizza Hut, and he had to eat a cold sandwich due to the incompetence of the staff, and their failure to double check the order, which is often advertised by your company. I will not be purchasing any pizza from this establishment again. With all of the competition I would think Pizza Hut being such a well loved brand would do more to accommodate an error on their behalf.

This is an often overlooked gem! This Pizza Hut is for carryout orders. Staff was very friendly. Orders were correct. Pizza Hut has delicious food. This is great comfort food or game day food! Location is ideal for customers living in multiple areas of the city and other towns. I think they are open later on weekends.

I don’t think I’ll be ordering on like ever again I ordered a big dinner box with wings which was advertised as 24.99 and I end up paying $44 that’s ridiculous never again so annoyed food was hot and delicious wasn’t worth the money though.

Ordered the Big Dinner Box last night and they delivered the wrong pizzas with my order. I tried calling the store to speak to the manager and was told they would transfer me up front, then hung up on. Called back and was told they were getting the manager, but just placed on hold and no one ever answered the phone again. Called back and they would just answer the phone and I’d be placed on hold without anyone even saying anything to me. You can hear them answer the phone, but then just put on hold. It took 3 hours and for my husband to call from his number because they would just hang up or place me on immediate hold without saying anything to me when calling from my number. When my husband got the manager (a woman) on the phone, she told him she was just going to hang up and not deal with us because she could hear me mad in the background. Well of course I was mad! It took 3 hours to get her on the line, and I was either placed on hold and forgot about, or just hung up on repeatedly by your staff of children. We work hard for our money, and with how the economy is, every dollar is necessary and ordering food out has become something we try not to do often, so its a bit of a luxury on occasion. But when the food that arrives is wrong, we want it fixed. That’s not a ridiculous request. What is ridiculous though, is the customer service not just by the hourly staff, but the manager as well. Horrible place, with horrible people.
