I used to order from here a good bit but the last 3 to 4 times I’ve been hungry and haven’t had the time to either make food myself or go get it gave Pizza Hut a wasted chance at redemption. Pizza and bread sticks are both burnt pizza sauce seems to be the main ingredient and cheese is just piled on a few spots but bare mostly everywhere else. The bread sticks are cold, super dry and definitely not fresh. The cinnabon are also really cold and doughy. $33 plus tipping the delivery driver makes this a huge waste of money.

This is my local pizza hut. Make your pizza on time when you call in in the pizzas hot and fresh great customer service. When you order delivered they are so polite and nice! In store they work fast to make orders.

Should have paid attention to the reviews. Fast service on a Sunday afternoon, BUT product was lacking. Pepperoni, double bacon, hardly had any bacon on it. One slice only had 1 piece of pepperoni, with the rest having about 2…on a LARGE. Extra cheese was an upcharge, so I skipped that option. We were hungry, so we just ate it. So glad this isn’t my hometown pizza hut. If there is any other option for food, I’d recommend going there.

My son and I have been sick. My son had a fever of 102 so the easiest way to get an order is to do curbside. My order said it would be done in 10 to 20 minutes and I would receive a notification. When Got to Pizza Hut I decided to call because I had not yet received a notification and it had been over 20 minutes. I was on the phone for 12 minutes and no one answered. Waited a few minutes and tried to call again and the recording said the store was closed. Mind you I’m sitting in the parking lot watching people go in and out and waiting for my order or at least some type of notification. Finally after 45 minutes from my ordering time I decided to go in. I was told they were too busy to bring my order out. I have worked in the restaurant and it doesn’t matter how busy you are. You go in order! I had left a tip and they refused to even try to give me back my tip. The tip was to have it delivered to my car. I was told that I didn’t have to leave a tip. After asking to speak to the manager I was told that she was busy and would tell me the same thing. The only reason I like Pizza Hut is for their stuffed crust pizzas. The last time we got pizza from the Pizza Hut in Denver the pasta made my daughter and I violently sick.

Usually I have a good experience here, but I ordered online for delivery and waited over an hour. I called the store three times and was on hold for over 5 minutes and not once did anyone pick up the phone. I still have not received my food and I am tempted to drive down there myself because that would be quicker than waiting on the company to get it done.

1 star because I couldn’t give zero… Customer service is abysmal. I’ve encountered the same person each visit (Carrie) a supervisor nonetheless and due to the way she carries herself I WILL NOT be returning. If you walk in and see her, do yourself a favor and walk right back out of that door!

I just tried to place an order for a large pizza. I ask that all the pepperoni be put on top like I’ve been ordering for the last 30 years. She said she would not do that. Because she would get fired if she made the pizza like that. Won’t be calling them back. I called Marco’s pizza and they were more than happy to do that for me and their pizza was really really good. I had never eaten there before but will be going back.

They’ve started using door dash for delivery. They do not tell you this up front when ordering on the app. Door dash delivered food cold and took almost an hour after leaving the store to bring our food.
