Delivery has issues with getting orders correct. Yes, throwing in one of their delicious baked chocolate chip pan cookies was a nice distraction to having to drive, after paying for delivery, there to get the order correct. They should have comped but they didn’t.

Almost every container on the salad bar was practically empty including the salad greens. The spilled items on the bar were never wiped away during my 1-1/2 hour stay there as I was attending a birthday party. There were not many choices on the pizza bar and what I did choose was cold. I was very disappointed on this visit other than we did have an attentive waitress.

Ordered my food at 815, my arrival time for delivery was 850, received it at 910. The food was warm at best ordered extra cheese and one slice had about 3 inches of no cheese. The cheese did not slide down. The boneless wings had about 30% of sauce on them or even in the bowl and I’m not really big on saucy wings. I called to ask why there was a delay with my food and where was it and was told my food wasn’t supposed to get to me until 924. I said that’s not what my email said and I haven’t received anything else saying different. He replied no that’s your order and you will get it in about 10 to 15mins by then the food was at the door. As im heading to the door I said again I received nothing changing my time and he said “Oh, sorry to hear that.” I paid $35, had it not been raining and I wasn’t alone with my two kids I would have brought that food right back and got a refund and it only would have taken me 5mins. I’m sick and tired of just having to take and PAY for whatever Eden feels like giving out that day.

Customer service is atrocious. I ordered online but accidentally chose the wrong pick up time. I called in to change immediately. I called the local number, but I got transferred to a call center. When the call-center told me that they couldn’t change the time they had to transfer me to the local store. The woman said hello, but then proceeded to not say anything else but apparently put the phone down. I was on hold for over eight minutes while I heard her talking to other people. She never got back to me and I never got to change the time of my order. Looks like I’m picking up cold pizza in an hour? Customer service matters just as much as the food does. Maybe our weekly pizza night $ is better spent at Dominos? So frustrating….

The waitress was sweet but it took too long to get our food and they we’re empty except for this couple and their child, and they left cause it was taking so long on their food. My pizza didn’t taste good like usual, also my stomach was upset after I left.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 cheese sticks told them I would like extra sauce. Get home and it’s the driest pizza known to man. And they didn’t even give the sauce for the bread sticks. If I could rate it lower than 1 star it would be in the negatives.

The Eden Pizza Hut use to be one of the better pizza restaurants to go to. The last few times we have been have been unpleasant. We have been told to seat ourselves which is fine but the place looks unkept and unclean. Empty tables with food/drinks still on them, and the tables to choose from had crumbs on them. Looks like tables hadn’t been wiped clean from previous customers and forget about the salad bar, it doesn’t look appealing at all. Getting our drink order taken was 15 minutes and that’s just to get a drink. I could understand it more if the place had a lot of customers but 3 families were the most we’ve seen so it’s not like they were overly busy in the dining room. Maybe it’s a lack of staffing, I don’t know, but it’s a shame to see what use to be a nice place go down the way it has. The last time we were there, we just got up due to no one coming over to at least get our drink order but server came by looking for customers who placed an order and got up and left. Hmmm, ironic! Before we go back, I’ll pay more attention to reviews to hopefully see more positive reviews.

I ordered two Big New Yorkers. I paid 37.42 minus the tip. Driver pull up with one pizza, calls the store, phone answered by Morgan, ask her to speak to manager, no ok, give me a moment, please hold, nothing I go right back to the music. When the manager comes on I don’t really know if she said her name, told her what happened with my order she say she gonna send it out once he comes back, and adv me that the person who answered the phone may have been trying to do two things at once, so the driver goes right back and get the pizza and he apologizes. So I ask him where my survey code was on the receipt but he didn’t know. So I then realized that all the receipts he had were reprints and they did not display the survey codes…. I wonder why? I know I will probably never hear a response about this or the way I was treated, however I can see why the codes are not on the receipt. If it was not for the fact that I had a house full of hungry kids waiting on pizza I would have canceled my order. Pizza Hut has got to do better.

Manager was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I called to say our order was incorrect, no sauce, barely any Pepperoni (like 1 piece per slice), and hadn’t even gotten to the fact that we ordered cheesesticks and were given regular breadsticks, when he cut me off, after hanging up on me, told me he didn’t have to listen to anything to say, that he was “the highest paid employee in the whole store” and then hung up on me again. Wouldn’t give me his name nor his supervisors name. I also heard him complaining the whole time I was at the drive up window.
