Place was clean and cool pinball machines. Food arrived quickly but texture was almost like cardboard. Loved the buffet. Wish it was on more days though. I ordered the boneless wings and sauce was amazing. Overall decent place.

Ordered hand tossed pizza from Pizza Hut in Elkins WV for take out. The order was correct but the quality of the pizza was terrible. It tasted like a piece of cardboard with toppings. We passed up Domino’s, Darren’s, Papa John’s and Ginos to get this pizza. Very disappointed. We will NOT be back. Don’t get your pizza here when there are other pizza places that are a lot better and cheaper. Again, very disappointed, I can remember when Pizza Hut had good pizzas.

I’ve had two frustrating carry-out experiences in a row at this Pizza Hut location.
Last Saturday, my order wasn’t ready at the scheduled pick-up time, and I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes. It seemed like they forgot to even make my order that was placed online.
This Saturday, things were even worse. Out of the three pizzas I ordered, two were wrong. The pepperoni pizza showed up as just a plain cheese, and the Ultimate Tavern pizza only had pepperoni and sausage — plus jalapeños that weren’t supposed to be there.
Two weekends in a row of mistakes and delays is very disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues so customers can rely on accurate, timely orders in the future.

I was texted that our delivery order was on the way then got a phone call that we were too far and they would not deliver despite delivering to us just the week before! Was told I need to come in for pick up. I asked them to remake the pizzas so they would be fresh and give us a credit for one of the pizzas for our inconvenience! ERICKA, the manager on duty said she would. When I got to the restaurant, it was a different story. She said she ‘couldn’t just give away free food!’ I told her she could keep the FOUR pizzas that she wasted and went to Darren’s!

Our server was good, salad bar had only bad lettuce but the rest was good on the bar. The pizza dough was not cook fully. The building has been there since I was very little and I’m 57 now. And it looks older then me. Things need updated, cleaned, removed or replaced. Two stars for the service. And the tables were dirty and sticky.

This place is fine for a chain pizza joint in the modern world.
But a part of me will always miss the old Pizza Hut from the 80s-90s, back in the day. The old one had a unique atmosphere, smelling like beer and movie popcorn; it had a cushion dungeon feel with pleasant stained wood and brass and a colorful carpet with red stain glass lamps; the unique drinking cups with the Coca-Cola logos; ferns everywhere and oblique lighting and unique arcade games; juke box; one of the workers inexplicably wearing roller skates….
It was an event, an experience to go to Pizza Hut. And there would be me standing proud with my Book-it slip and waiting on my free personal pan pizza because I had happily read another book, which I would have done for free….
This pizza hut just has the generic franchise feel, fountain corn syrup soda and bright lighting. Fake. Plastic. I could be in Wisconsin or Cleveland OH and they all look the same, charmless and sterile and cheap.
At least the pizza is good. That never changes.
