When Brothers Lounge closed I thought to myself what is the point of drinking anymore amongst other reasons. And I am still sober over 4 years later and proud.
I have been frequenting this bar more often because it reminds me of Brothers. The new owners Eric and Cortney remind me of that place in a way. I’ve meet great people there and reminisced with old friends. And better yet this place has food until 1:30 in the AM. Calvan and Micah prepare great food in the kitchen.
And what’s a great bar without great bartenders. Mark, Trevor and Mindy all fit the bill. Plus a nice selection of N/A drinks keeps me coming back.
If I see PBR N/A in there I would be a very happy punker….er camper. Heh and I’m sure Cody will keep me in check if I do get out of line.
I wish places like this exist in Sweet Home Councilbama but they just don’t. Some are getting there but until then I’ll keep coming back.
That was two weeks ago.
First time was great, second time it was off and this third time is the last time. How do you mess up a burger? Then ask if its a little too pink. Its raw.
The drink selection is great, the location is decent being East of Benson, and the decor reminds me of Dundee… which is weird and OK at the same time.
The bartender seems very capable and nice to even the least intelligent folks that can circulate through this location on occasion.
I appreciate the bar games, specifically darts. Had a lot of good conversations around the dart boards.
Keep Odell IPA on tap please! 🙂
