I placed a sizeable order of up to $120 worth of food. Well to my surprise the pizzas were all wrong, we didn’t get half of our order and it wasn’t very satisfying. After we received our order via door dash we were disgusted by how half butt things were done and what we received. We tried to call to speak with someone about our order and was directed to somewhere overseas, needless to say we will not be going here again. This is very disheartening because this used to be one of our go to places for our big family….VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Girl at the counter was nice but.. just not helpful.. I asked for fresh lettuce and she would rather I take the bottom lettuce that was left in the buffet than put some in my to go container as I asked because the lettuce there had brown spots.. and the manager was way too busy to bother with a customer to care what I wanted no matter what it was she was to in to her video on her computer. Not becoming or nice at all.

Sat for almost 10 mins at the windowing waiting. Only to be met by a cashier who seemed so confused about my order, which was placed AND paid for online. Asked for LIGHT SAUCE PLEASE, and instead got extra sauce. Not to mention they gave me the rough bunch of green peppers.

Walked into the facility wanting to dine in, and the young man said rude, like our dining facility is closed now on a Saturday evening at 8 pm. And that same young man posted on Wythe Word of mouth to Not Come Back! With this kind of remarks, I dont see how a brand new store that moved to get better business than where it was located can still be operating. I sure hope that who ever the owner is of this establishment will take a deeper look at who they have hired and maybe fix this situation. We came home from the military over 20 years ago and this just doesnt feel like being Home anymore.

Wings was cold. The “new and improved” salad bar was pitiful. Empty of lettuce and dressing. No bacon bits, no eggs, no broccoli, no ham. It used to have a fantastic salad bar. Not sure what’s improved about it. Service was not good. Floor was a train wreck. Trash everywhere and young staff was standing around joking. Not working and putting any effort into anything. Bathroom was also a disaster and dirty out of soap and paper towels. Definitely a place to avoid for a while

Ok, so I’m a pizza lover but I must say it’s a hit or miss at this Pizza Hut. Sometimes it’s 5 star amazing, and sometimes everything is wrong. Like the last time I ordered, I asked for pan crust (which cost more) but got handtossed and there was no sauce for my cheesesticks, not even one Plus they used to let me get the feeds 4 and let me get the brownie instead of the wings but now that’s not allowed which is very disappointing. I’m sure I will order from here again but it won’t be once a week like I used to. ♀️

I called to place an order. When the associate answered the phone, they took my name and number and hung up. Another associate called me back and put me on hold. Yet, another associate came to the phone and took my order. When we finally got our order, the bread sticks were good. The pizza was under cooked and doughy in the center.

I tried to use the app but it wasn’t working so I called the number for my local Pizza Hut and after a brief hold spoke to someone to take my order. When my wife arrived to pick up our order, they had no record of our order. After a little digging I discovered that my order was taken by an off site call center. Beware whenever dealing with this location.

Very unprofessional looking crew. No uniforms or dress code. Cleanliness is questionable. We had a dirty plate and dirty silverware. Tables and floor were dirty. Manager was walking around with his hat turned backwards doing interviews of a 16 yr old girl asking if she was comfortable covering if someone had to run out and pick up their kid or run some other errand. Also gonna work around child labor laws so she could have 35 to 40 hrs of work a week. Then after the interview the manager appoints someone to be in charge and announces he’s going to Walmart. As we leave we notice the lady he put in charge is sitting out in her car just taking a break. Pizza Hut corp. needs to fire everybody working there and start fresh.
