Stayed at one of the hotels nearby and wanted a quick bite. There were 3 people behind the counter but took a while for the staff to take my order. I couldn’t tell who was the cashier, owner or kitchen staff. Everyone was occupied with different things except for helping customers that were coming in. I ordered the tempura soft shell crab. It was good but wouldn’t order it again. I also got the chicken teriyaki lunch special. The chicken as you can see from the picture is very thin. Very saucy.. can’t say I was impressed. You get one piece of sushi. However the salad and fried rice was plentiful. Overall, I enjoyed my meal regardless of the lack in customer service or the small amount of chicken. It seemed to be owned or run by Korean people. I think I’ll order the Korean options next time because I was not impressed with the Japanese items I ordered.

There were many customers when I visited. All the staff were friendly and I was especially impressed by the professional owner. We were able to enjoy a variety of Japanese and Korean food, and all the menus were plentiful, of high quality, and delicious. The bulgogi and galbi are so delicious that you can experience heaven. Also, I would highly recommend the Boba tea after meals. I really want to visit there again!

Came here last night. Was the best, Sushi to enjoy and don’t worry I was just fine. I told them I had food allergies and they help me pick out and make safe sushi for me. Highly recommend it.

This was my first time at Teriyaki Park. I don’t eat sushi often and was looking over the menu finding what would look appealing. Don’t expect much from the staff. The young woman they had running the counter was extremely impersonal and had the vibe of “either order or get out”.

First time tonite I have been in this establishment as a food delivery driver and was treated with disrespect. I’m all about treat others the way you want to be treated. And first off was accused of lying about my food pickups and then told “I was acting and doing a bad job at it and needed to work on it” whatever that meant. Maybe the cashier was having a bad day and it was a late nite order. But after seeing the past months reviews about customer service problems at this establishment. I am not the only person getting treated this way for who know what reason. This seems like a good place in a good location with bomb food. Would hate to see bad customer service ruin it’s whole reputation.

We all got an assortment of items and hands down the sushi was the best. I’d definitely eat sushi here again any time.

Was just visiting town, and the young dark hair lady taking my order was the most rude person I’ve ever encountered. After a simple question about the receipt, she kept arguing with my friend and I and went as far as calling me an illegal alien. At that point, I requested a refund (this was before I received the food) and only received a partial refund. Whoever this girl is, she is toxic and needs to be fired. It’s laughable how bad she is.

Teriyaki Park is one of my favorite places to eat in Waco! The food is delicious and while I have eaten at similar places across Waco, the flavor here is better. Very much a hole-in-the-wall atmosphere, if someone is looking for that.
