Would give zero stars if possible. Got the completely wrong order, on top of that it took an hour to get here. So I called and complained, they said they would send me the correct order this time.. Come 45 minutes later a guy from doordash shows up to drop it off and is telling me it’s going to be $26.. I was already $37 in one pizza and bacon breadsticks. The most ridiculous experience I’ve had ordering food, you can’t get ahold of the local store, it’s all people at a call center in a completely different state. Pizza Hut was my favorite but never again.

Just really shocked that now when you order pizza and wings that you charge for the packets of parmesan and ranch for the wings. SMH prob why you running so many specials to build your customers up — that lunch special spiked after you added all the unnecessary charges — $1.70 for ranch??? Delivery is always quick. Orders are accurate. Drivers are friendly. Quality is as expected. Update: Unfortunately the delivery has been routed through Door Dash now and it’s been a nightmare. Last order didn’t even make it. Called the store, no answer, call center closed due to weather, chat line said the charge will drop off in 3-5 business days, doesn’t solve the issue for want of pizza. May need to avoid until they get the delivery issue resolved if that’s what you are using.

Called my order in and I arrived early just to see what I could see. 1st thing I always look for is certificate from the most recent health inspection. Out of 5-6 people working behind the counter preparing food, I saw 1, yes one employee with 1, yes one glove on. And that glove was quickly came off for whatever reason. Very disgusting!! No hair restraints no gloves. Just bare hands, dirty floors, and long waits. I purposely stared at everyone handling food with their bare hands hoping someone would ask me is everything OK. Nope, not one employee said a word and no one ever even washed their hands. Complete violation. This is just one violation. Although my wife wanted to walk out, I insisted on paying for my order just so I could have a record to go along with my recording

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE! I wish I had seen the reviews before doing so… it’s very evident the place is poorly run and seems to be outright falsifying order/delivery status so their metrics don’t give away how bad they are.
I placed an order via the Pizza Hut app for delivery. When I checked out I was told it would be 20-30 minutes until my order was delivered. After about 40 minutes I received a text message saying my order was out for delivery, but when I went to check the status in the app it said it was delivered already.
After another 20 minutes I called the restaurant to ask for an order status update, where I was spoken to very dismissively by the person who answered the phone – they told me my order would be there soon without my even giving them any information.
A bit more than 30 minutes after I was originally told my order was delivered, it finally showed up. The driver was pleasant enough and apologized for the delay stating that they had a bunch of orders come in at once, which would be understandable if the person at the store I talked to didn’t tell me that they only had two orders.
Avoid this place. Seriously, get your pizza anywhere else.

Terrible customer service. I walked into a grungy lobby where there were several (6-7) other customers waiting when my app informed me that my order was ready for pickup. After a few minutes, I found out that noone had been greeted yet. Two of the other customers in front of me were Lyft and Uber delivery pickups who had been waiting for over 10 minutes. I waited about 15 minutes for my turn and picked up my cold pizza. When I got home, I was wondering if the ovens were at the correct temperature because my pizzas seemed to be parcooked. Very disappointed. I remember now why I quit choosing Pizza Hut as my go-to pizza.

My only complaint is when you order pizza from Pizza Hut, you shouldn’t have to pay $1 for Parmesan cheese and the hot pepper flakes. You’ve already spent enough money on the food, why do we have to pay for condiments to go with it? You can’t even get a sauce for your chicken, you have to pay for that as well. I won’t be going back there! I’ll continue to go to Papa Johns.

Came in for $2 pizza night, online said it was ready. GM lied and said another 20 min wait. After almost an hour asked and she informed me that my order had been pushed and now it was another hour wait. She the told me online orders came first, told her mine was online. I told her mine was set for ASAP she tells me that means whenever they get to it. Video posted also of this horrible incident hopefully corporate can see it. I am contacting them also. Went to Electric road location and the GM there lied and said that the highest I can complain is the GM at Williamson..which is the person I had the issue with which is false. I do not recommend coming here it’s rated 3.3 stars for a reason!
