Asked for a double with cheese, got a single, barely, and it was a hot mess. More sauce on the wrapper and bun than on the sandwich. The photo on the menu is definitely false advertising. The fries are a joke, about half full in one container. Total bill for 2 with dessert was over $30. That’s why we don’t come here often, maybe not again because this was the second time it was like this. Photos are before we touched our food. If you’re hungry I would suggest going someplace else.

Whoever was working the drive thru tonight is completely incompetent. Nothing was entered into the computer correctly, the drinks and their sizes were switched, the meal that was supposed to be a double was entered as a single, the modifications werent entered in, even after asking 30 questions about what the customer said plainly the first time. Had to tell them 5 or six times that the 2 piece chicken strip meal was a kids meal… Put someone on the microphone that has half a brain and/or has been working there longer than 30 minutes.

I ordered in the app which was more work than it should’ve been. I was greeted immediately upon entering. The girl confirmed my order went through. Took less than 5 minutes to get it. Great customer service. So happy to have potato cakes back on the menu. It’s the reason I came for dinner tonight. French dip wasn’t as satisfying as I remember. Are you using different Swiss? Happy to get a free sandwich in the app and cash back for using the UPSIDE app.

Went on Friday December 26, 9:30pm. Doors were locked and couldn’t see anyone inside. There was a car near the door. I went to the drive-thru and asked if I could still use the app to order and the response was not I dont know. I tried to use the app but it would not work saying they were closed. I went back to the drive-thru to order and was told we cant honor it and goodbye. I asked if i could order anything its 9:40? And then rudely snapped at what do you want. Nothing now with that attitude. I was surprised on Christmas eve my wife went there and had a great experience with the cashier. My wife was shocked at the difference between the two. I guess go early or dont bother.

Despite the mixed reviews, I decided to give this place a try for myself—but the experience ended as soon as I walked in. Just like another reviewer mentioned a few months ago, the smell hit immediately—it was overwhelmingly similar to a dirty gas station bathroom. It was so strong that it completely ruined my appetite. No one was at the counter, and honestly, even if someone had been, I couldn’t imagine eating there with that odor. I’m genuinely surprised that management operates under those conditions.

We love Arby’s! It’s sad that Waxahachie doesn’t have one anymore so we rarely get to have it. Luckily we we’re in Red Oak today and I remembered there was one on Ovilla Rd. As soon as we walked in it smelled like sewage. I hope they get that fixed soon. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very nice. I tried the Bacon Beef N’ Cheddar which was great! I added some Spicy Three Pepper sauce which was more sweet than spicy but tasted good. Over all impressed with this location but again I hope they fix that smell!

This is one of my favorite spots in Red Oak. The Salted Caramel Cookies are always warm and delicious. The staff is always friendly and courteous. There are lots of young people working every time I go and they always go above and beyond with excellent customer service. The parking area is clean. I highly recommend the sweet potato waffle fries too.
