I have never had a big problem with them but this time I have. I ordered for delivery and the cheese pizza for me daughter was burnt to a crisp. It was inedible. Called the store to speak to their manager. It rings and rings and then gives you a busy tone. I did this 10x! I know crazy but it shouldn’t have happened. I should have been able to talk to someone . Called again and went though the ordering number. They transfered me to the “manager”. Same thing happened once again. Called again and they said they cant bring the manager over and have to transfer me to the manager there l. Told the girl they need to get the manager on that phone right now and DO NOT transfer me to anyone or I will somehow make my way to that store. I finally got the manager. Im getting another pizza and he hung up on me as inwas going to tell him the phone issue I had. .im not going to be ordering from there for a good while now and and I rarely do anyways but I rarely have an issue when I do. Im taking my business other where like I have been. Do better with your customer service and answering phones please

Thanks for wasting my money. Who ever was on last shift Saturday February 21 needs to be fired. I ordered food and they didn’t mess up one thing or item they straight up didn’t make the right stuff and this happen ALMOST EVERY TIME. Nothing NOTHING about my order was correct.

An hour and 10 minutes for 16 cold boneless wings and a “melt”. I stood inside waiting staring at my 8 of wings (not knowing, but thinking they were mine). Asked the stressed out worker about the status of my order twice and it fell on deaf ears. The manager and the girl up front were working 3x as hard as the rest of the staff. Nothing beats good doughy boneless wings and watching the Super Bowl

Ordered a deal and they forgot my Pepsi. After calling them back have had my call redirected multiple times and put on a hold for 10 plus minutes. Just hung up and moved on.

Usually pretty good here. But last time i ended hanging up on the employee while placing my irder bc it was going on 9 min of placing an order for 2 pizzas! Tried again a couple days. Ordering was fine (carry out). But when i picked up my pizza the one crust was all messed up. And the pizza with pepperoni barely had any cheese! Not sure if management has changed. But the people working there are always friendly.
