It took my pizza an hour and 13 mins to be delivered. When I called to order the pizza and asked to hear any specials, I was told I would have to order online to receive any special or promotions available. Online a large 1 topping pizza was advertised as being $9.99 but when I ordered mine my total was $23.35. Needless to say I guess I just became a domino’s customer.

Worst pizza ever. If you want to eat raw dough and rancid sausage, go ahead and call them. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, my bad. When I called to explain the problem, I spoke with a young man who had the worst attitude……argumentative, sarcastic tone…..just the worst. Not sure if this store is corporate owned or a franchise. I tried to be nice and just call to report a hair in my pizza, asked to speak to manager in regards to the matter and at the least to say he was very unprofessional. No only was it implied that I could not have been from there because he himself prepared the order but he almost made it seem as if it was me. Then he continued to say not its not possible and that well he put a credit on my account for the next time I order. Just to like get rid of me. Unfortunately its not the first time I have had issues with this store. I’m so over it. I not have a stomach ache just as the thought of hair in my food. And just to verify it literally under the cheese and bacon, ‘ I ordered a bacon pizza.

Ordered a pizza was not done and had wrong topping selection. Crust was not cooked all the way. So I called and talked to the manager. He sent out a new pizza. This one was proper topping selection but still crust was not done still very Dougherty. He came to deliver it himself and I showed him and he just argued with me. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I will not be ordering anything from this Pizza Hut ever again.

Worst pizza delivery experience ever I should’ve looked at the pizza before tipping. Called the store to request a CREDIT to my account for a pizza but the Manager Corey sarcastically stated my ONLY option was to wait another 45 min for a pizza after already waiting longer than expected for this one. Their food is pretty good. I just wish they would stop using door dash. The door dash guy name Jericho stole my 2 litter. Tried to wave him down and just continued driving. The guy from pizza hut was nice enough to credited me back the money for the soda.

So we ordered a pizza at 7 and later on we got a text saying it was out for delivery. Over an hour later nothing. So we call they said it was still at the store and no one has delivered yet. But we’ll get it in 20 minutes. 9:47 rolls around and still nothing and they close in 10 minutes. So we call, the manager himself says he would hand deliver it himself in 30 minutes. It is currently pass 11 p.m. and we still don’t have our food.
