They were short of staff. My order took about 15 minutes over the time it was supposed to be ready. The staff, first class wonderful. They must have endured abuse from angry people waiting. Have patience people they are very nice people and dis the best with the staff they had.
That said, my pizza wasn’t as hot as I liked it. Due to their shortage of workers the pizza probably sat longer than usual and cooled down somewhat. But usually I get my pizza piping hot baby! Great location, drive thru I got some parmesan cheese packets and a diet Pepsi.

Paid for a soda from this store never received driver Juan express they gave him the food so fast explaining they was in a hurry to close. I’m currently waiting on hold to explain to them I never received my soda from my meal. They picked up an noticed I’m still on the phone an then placed me on hold again.

I had bad experiences the last two times I ordered from this Pizza Hut. The first time I ordered over the phone and when I went to pick up my personal pizza, they said they didn’t have an order for me. They said it might have went to the wrong store, And they were out of personal pan pizzas. So I drove to the other Pizza Hut on Mount Rose, and they didn’t have an order for me either. But they did make me a personal pizza, but we had to wait another 20 minutes. Today I ordered their new handcrafted flat bread pizza, because there was a deal on T-Mobile Tuesdays for a free one with a purchase of a dollar. So I ordered a 2 liter, And my total came out to $4.02. I get there and they tell me that it’s 9 something. So I had to drive home and get my phone and drive back to show them my email receipt, And then they gave it to me for the $4.02. Put the flatbread pizza looked nothing like the picture, it was very small. I included the picture.

My order was expected to be ready by 6:57 pm. I get there and am told it will take another hour. I come back and have to wait an extra 20 minutes only for him to one tell me my second order couldn’t be found after I paid then proceeded to turn around and walk away. I waited about 5 min and he never came back to the window. Pizza is never ready at expected time and always short staffed. So I paid all that money for missing items and and extra 1.20 min wait after I already had to wait the 30 min. This is not okay!

I tried to be nice and just call to report a hair in my pizza, asked to speak to manager in regards to the matter and at the least to say he was very unprofessional. No only was it implied that I could not have been from there because he himself prepared the order but he almost made it seem as if it was me. Then he continued to say not its not possible and that well he put a credit on my account for the next time I order. Just to like get rid of me. Unfortunately its not the first time I have had issues with this store. I’m so over it. I not have a stomach ache just as the thought of hair in my food. And just to verify it literally under the cheese and bacon, ‘ I ordered a bacon pizza.

I placed the order in there yesterday for the two dollar pizzas for Tuesday. I was told to wait 25 minutes. I go there because I work close by and my wait turns into a lifetime Because I’ll never go there again. regardless of how busy it is, customer should be properly taken care of as they walk into the door. The workers were there looking as if they had no clue what was going on no one knew where my order was! They’re handling food and payments with Bare hands and wiping sweat off their faces with the same because it’s hot. The drinks in the cooler aren’t even cold because the cooler has been broke but they’ll pretend it happened that day, Quite sure they’ll still get business but they won’t get mine because I never even got the pizza

Hats off to the two managers who stepped in and finished all those orders in spite of having their cook quit and walk out. Much respect and although there was a long wait, it was worth it to see they cared enough to finish the job. Very thankful for my warm pizza and thank you all for trying to satisfy your customers under those strenuous circumstances.

This is not the location pictured on the website. It is very shady and I would have never ordered from here intentionally. There is another location 1.3 miles away that I thought I was ordering from where we could have done In.
