A terrible experience. They stole from me and scammed me. I originally made an order. When the pizza guy arrived he had the wrong order, he had the wrong name, then he told me that I had to pay in cash. I was confused because I already paid online. I had to use his phone to call his manager to see what happened with my order and the manager said that they couldn’t track my payment in the system, so I cancelled it over the phone. The next day I called to get a refund. I still haven’t gotten my refund. I called my bank a thousand times and they have no idea what happened to my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Pizza was picked up in time . Ordered the 20$ box The pizza and bread sticks were cold and tough. The bread sticks were not kind ordered. The wings were hot spice ( not ordered ) and burnt. The pizza was mostly crust with the sauce and toppings far from the edge. When the price was told me I asked why it wasn’t what was advertised. Answer was that price was only for regular pizza Huts but they are KFC too. Why would that make a difference?? Was very disappointed.

I’ve ordered from this location several times (for delivery) I called tonight, was told 30 min delivery…45 mins later and I went downstairs because no one had rung my doorbell (which is what they always do) found a cold pizza on my porch. I called and was told they could bring me another 1 in 45 minutes OR there’s reheating instructions on the box. Almost $30 to reheat it myself or wait another 45 minutes! Ridiculous and not once did they apologize

Today’s experience was terrible. I feel pizza hut has lowered their standards and quality of food. Pizza was just like eating cardboard and my kids could hardly chew it. Secondly….. wings they only have one option for sauce now and they didn’t even have any sauce on them. In addition they charged me for 3 or their garlic sauces didn’t give me a single one and didn’t want to give a refund but wanted to send me a coupon. I refused the coupon because your food is a terrible joke anymore as well as your customer service. Will not be buying here again smh!
