Had an amazing experience at the Washington Pizza Hut this past weekend. The manger on duty Melissa I believe was her name was not satisfied with the pizza that came out of the oven and instead of just giving it to me she explained the situation and personally remade it for me! Definitely went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

I came during dinner rush, they were extremely busy. The lobby was full but the manager (maybe? Younger girl, very nice) Impressed me as she still gave every person excellent customer service and treated everyone as if she were happy we were there. My food came out in no time and they even remembered my extra sauces despite being absolutely slammed. They pay attention to customers and the finer details, which is rare in a busy fast food establishment.

I just ordered pizza, wings and bread sticks. It was so disgusting I couldn’t even eat it. My 5 year old granddaughter spit it out. SHE couldn’t eat it either. I called to complain and they HUNG up on me! Save your money and don’t even try it. 4 Star it is for me from now on. Any where but here. GROSS

***Update*** as you can see, four years ago I ordered from this store and received excellent service. I ordered today and it was NOT a similar experience. I attached a picture of the pizza I received. Not only was I told that the deal for a stuffed crust pizza for $12 wasn’t an option at this store, so I had to pay $22+, it arrived half burnt. My cheese bread was burnt and gross. Even my cinnamon rolls were burnt. I don’t know if it’s because the store was closing soon (I ordered at a little after 5:30, and it was delivered at 6:55, but it was a Friday so I can’t imagine they actually closed that early on a Friday…) or what the issue was, but who sends a pizza out when it looks like that? I can’t imagine.
Ordered online for delivery and received the notification text that my food was out for delivery. A few minutes later, the store called to give me a heads up that, while my food had already left, it might take a little longer because the driver had two stops before mine. My food still showed up in a really reasonable amount of time, PLUS they sent a couple of coupons.
The food was still hot, and done correctly.
I can’t tell you the last time I’ve had customer service like this from a pizza place. We were so impressed. I would give more than five stars if I could

Screw pizza hut in Washington Pennsylvania. They suck. They don’t answer the phone. Don’t notate anything in your account and they hired a company in Texas to answer the calls and when you call the store they ignore the phones. Worst business ever
