Casual but excellent variety on the lunch buffet. The place is very clean and the staff is most welcoming. The food is fairly mild so use the hot sauce at the front of the buffet to add the heat level you want. The garlic naan bread was excellent. Good value. Now open on Tuesdays as well.

Admittedly we are non-Indian customers but we know when we’ve had good Indian food, bad food, and “wow, that was excellent” Indian food. Colors of India did a good job for us. Service was friendly and happy to serve us. Did came out fast, fresh, and hot. The spice level was as ordered, medium. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and quite. It was late in the evening. We appreciated the reasonable portions and the prices. We left happy with our meal and recommend you give them a try, helping them understand what went well and what could be improved. They seemed open to feedback.

I visited Colors of India today for the second time, hoping to see an improvement — but sadly, it still didn’t meet expectations.

When I first came here (around the time they opened), I personally told the owners that the food wasn’t up to the mark. They mentioned they were new and would try to improve, so I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, even this time, the food only looked like Indian food — it didn’t taste like Indian food. It felt like the dishes were made very mild to please non-Indian customers, but in the process, they completely lost the real flavour, spice, and aroma that define Indian cuisine.

On the positive side, the service is good, the staff are friendly, the food presentation is nice, and the ambience is pleasant. There’s also a good parking space, which is convenient. However, there’s a lot of noise from the kitchen — people talking and shouting, and you can hear everything clearly from your table.

And honestly, after reading some of the overly positive reviews online, I can’t help but feel those might be from friends and family members — because if you truly love authentic Indian food, you’d know this isn’t it.

Please don’t believe that this is how Indian food tastes — real Indian food is far more flavorful, aromatic, and rich than what’s served here.

I’m not writing this to offend anyone. It’s just honest feedback from someone who genuinely loves Indian food and wants this restaurant to live up to its beautiful name — The True Taste of India.

One of the best Indian food in the area!! You must try their Butter Chicken…it will remind you the butter chicken from the CP areas of Delhi, fantastic Punjabi style taste!! The chef even accommodated the request for bone-in option, very happy! Please ask for your preferred spicy levels, though. If you want super spicy, then please let them know in advance. You should also try their Dahi Kababs starters…Delicious!!
Their bread options are fresh, soft, and just melt in your mouth. We asked for Tandoori Roti (of course requested to add butter!) instead of Naans, and I must say that we haven’t had such rotis at a restaurant in years! Their hospitality is awesome and they even offered complimentary papads and gulab jamun!
They are a must try, and for us, they are going to become a regular! Have fun!

This is by far the best Indian place in the area. The server was very nice, and made sure we had everything we wanted. The food was spectaculular. Everything smelled great and tasted better. We ordered the some of their fries as an appetizer, butter chicken, and their sampler platter. The serving sizes were nice and plentiful, filled us up with lots of leftovers. Havent tried the buffet yet, but I surely will soon. Would highly recomend for anyone!!

Never had Real Indian food before, didn’t know what to expect, but I thought a buffet would allow me to taste different types and flavors of Indian cuisine! The Buffet did not disappoint. Flavor and taste galore❤️❤️❤️!
The owner greeted us and arranged our seating. The service was much more than adequate it was superb! Although most foods were mild, a couple were hot. The restaurant was clean and neat and sanitary. Can’t wait to go back!

I find it interesting anyone so quick to say something isn’t real Indian food because there are so many different cultures with their own spicing highlights and ways of preparing and cooking their dishes.
I picked up dashes from here several times before coming in myself and would just melt at how wonderful it smelled. And it’s a BUFFET! Only one around since the vid as far as I know. Finally I went.
I thought it was fantastic. And I went to the buffet! None of the chicken was dry, the basmati was perfect. Several Veg. Tofu AND Paneer option, salad, samosas, pakoras, naan to order, 2 wonderful desserts AND chai included! For me personally I love spicy, and it was not; for those worried. No other food for me match the flavors, depth and soul of Indian food and I was not disappointed. I left extremely happy and satisfied and the staff is always lovely. My heart is full thank you.

A new addition to Rossford, Ohio located in the old Wendy’s by Reset and Amazon this charming restaurant features authentic, fresh Indian cuisine. I am told the buffet offerings change from day to day to offer variety and show the skills of their top notch chef. I sampled almost all of the available dishes today, and the quality was superb. The restaurant itself was clean, well lit, had real dishes cups and the friendliest staff. I highly recommend this gem you will not be disappointed.Cost was $32.30 for 2 for lunch buffet.
