Food would be great if anyone who works here knew how to properly read the Oder placed on the app and make the appropriate sandwich. Not to mention when they mess it up there is no one to hear you out because their customer service will just email you saying “complaint resolved” when NOTHING has been done. Went back today only to get my 4th foot long free. After today though I am so done. What a joke and waste of time, energy and money.

Went to Subway today and had the worst experience. The employees stated they did not speak English, which made ordering extremely difficult. It took over 25 minutes just to attempt to order for five people.
One employee came in from picking up trash outside and did not wash her hands before putting on gloves and returning to food prep, which was very concerning.
When it came time to check out, they were unable to ring up the order correctly and had to call someone on speakerphone to translate. Even then, the pricing was wrong. We were told an item costing $3.99 was $13.89, and the same issue happened with the customer ahead of us, who was quoted $8.99 for a $4 promotional item.
After all of that, we walked out without food — despite planning to spend close to $75. Very disappointing experience.
Do better, Subway.

I will never ever order at this place again. Order a chicken teriyaki the only thing they gave me was a salad sandwich. And what’s the one who don’t speak proper English and understand very well. The restaurant is horrible

Will never order from this location ever again! I decided to order lunch thru the Subway app for delivery due to me being stuck at work all day. I ordered some extra stuff on my sub like smashed avocado and when I receive my food from the dasher it wasn’t even prepared for delivery the bag wasn’t even taped off like they normally do that’s one. Then when I open it there’s avocado missing from my sub. So I proceeded to call the location and the store manager that was onsite answered. I told her what had happened and she said I needed to bring in the sub for reimbursement. She was never apologetic for their mistake and I told her I couldn’t bring in the sub because I was working that was my whole point why I didn’t go pick up my sub and made sure it was correctly done. She started saying I can’t do anything for you if you don’t bring in the sub and then proceeded to hang up on me. I was like wow this is the type of person you put as a store manager that can’t even simply apologize and correct their own mistakes that’s crazy.

It is super hard to rate an establishment when thet are not open during posted hours. I have been to this Subway in Angleton. TX in at least 3 or more separate occasions around 9:30 pm. The signs says they close at 10pm. By 9:30pm the place is closed- lights out and door locked. When I knocked an employee peeked out from the back part of the store and just shook his head and mouthed “We’re closed.” I pointed at my watch and yelled, “It’s only 9:30!” The employee just shook his head and returned to the back. I left and went to the other Subway across town. I apologized for coming in so late because it was around 9:50pm by then. The Subway attendant asked “Ler me guess, the Subway across town closed early again?” I nodded. He smiled and said, ” They do that all of the time. We get customers that complain about that all of the time!” Wow! I wonder if the owner knows how much business he’s loosing because of his lazy employees?!!!

I recommend not eating here until all the roaches have been eliminated. I saw about 5 of them pocking out from the food area. I told the guy to get this fixed and cancelled my order.

Very disappointing customer service. I went to the corporate site to contact them directly but contact page is under construction. The two employees need training. No smiles, no greeting. The sandwich board was a mess of empty containers and old produce. They were switching between food handling, register and phone use without changing gloves. I will go to a further subway in the future.

It was a early morning and I just wanted a sub for later in the day. It was great I ordered pick up a steak and cheese on an Italian herb and cheese bread toasted with onions, bell peppers, light lettuce and Jalapeños with the spicy siracha sauce. It was made when I arrived. The young lady working was super nice she assured me she made my order correct and she did. It was perfect
