I travel a lot, and Pizza Hut is always my go to for Pizza and Wings. After covid there has been a lot of pizza hut restaurants that didn’t really re open the dine in area, so when i was passing by Rio Grande i was happy to see dine in was open. Gotta say customer service was great, food was spot on, and it was done on a timely manner. So coodles to everyone.

Pizza was absolutely horrible, it was like ketchup on bread. The best part is the delivery guy outside smoking away and you had to walk through this disgusting smoke to get inside. As I read the rest of the views doesn’t look like this place is too good either. Get it together Pizza Hut. Because not everybody is like this one.

Great overall, I mean hello it’s Pizza Hut! Ordering was convenient on the app and it was ready in just under 15 mins. However the associate didn’t take a second to look up from her phone to say anything or greet me; I had to announce that I was in the store in front of the register ready for a pick up when she was literally standing at the register, I just thought that was odd.

Pizza Hut in Rio Grande, NJ was very disappointing. The pizza was undercooked, and when I tried calling the store to fix the issue, no one answered the phone. Poor quality control and lack of customer service. This location needs better management.

There was nothing good about this except two 11 year girls were not hungry after. Store seemed to have 1 lady running entire store, a few orders came on and id say too much for one person.
We ate in since they had 3 tables and chairs. Very limited soda selection, food was ok. It took a bit longer then were told and was a while after thr screen said it was done.
No desire to return.

Usually, I’ve never had any issues with this location, but the only thing they didn’t mess up was my breadsticks. I ordered two large pizzas, one pepperoni and one cheese and the pepperoni was supposed to be hand toss, and it was thin and crispy and then the pizza flats was supposed to be bacon Chicken ranch and had no ranch whatsoever on it.

Nice friendly place to order your food from. My order is always fresh hot tasty food, if you’re looking to eat inside it’s very very small but if you’re looking to place an order to go that’s perfect. Order online and get good deals and if you can never wait to eat until you get home they always have plates and napkins to go along with cups. If you go once or twice you feel like a regular. I really enjoyed the consistency are the employees and the pizza.
