Been ordering here since we moved in 15 years ago. Despite what some other reviewers have said, no their pizza is not “reheated” and never has been. I’ve never had any issue with rude staff. Eating in at the restaurant is an option, however I don’t really see a point to it. They offer pick up, delivery, and dine in. Pizza is consistently good, tho we have has a couple of what I’ll call rough pizzas, not a big deal though. Breaded wings were very good. Fries are consistently good. Good locally owned business to order from.

Ordered a Phat Sandwich. It was mostly fries. Old, soggy fries. It was disgusting. I called to ask about it and they told me that their Phat sandwiches are mostly fries. They charge $12.95 for a fry sandwich or what they call a Phat sandwich, but don’t market it as a fry sandwich. I’ll never order anything from here again. My sons chili fries were gross and the wings were hard. I couldn’t even speak to a mgr. Bad service, bad food, yuck.

Do not order from here. I order from here at least once a week. I received a cold hard reheated pizza. I called back to tell them and the girl on the phone Allie was rude to begin with. She told me that the pizza was not reheated and it was sitting up there on the oven. And told me i got what i ordered. Then she put the delivery guy on the phone Cody. He was rude to begin with because he was mad he didnt get a tip. I drove the pizza up and i told them that i just called about the pizza. And they immediately had an attitude. A older gentleman came from the back and started yelling at me. Then cody came back and continued to yell at me. They threatened to capp the cops on me when i was not doing anything. All i asked for was a new pizza or my money back. I will never be ordering from here again.

The cashier was barking orders at the customers and when asked about it pointed at this young girl (who was right there in earshot) & who was clearly new, and said she’s mad because she keeps messing up! How demoralizing to that poor new employee! I won’t be back.

Ordered two salads. Chicken was complete rubbery hard disappointment. I called and explained that I am pregnant and could not risk eating that and she said she would send new chicken to me. The new chicken I got was exactly the same. The breading wouldn’t even stick to the chicken. When I tried to call back someone different answered the phone and they put me on hold and left me there. Very disappointed. The salad was much better without the chicken and the garlicky c knots were great. Next time I won’t order any meat.

This place has been our go to place for almost 8 years, maybe more. Numerous mistakes over the years, however, that happens and you continue to give a business second chances, maybe more! Why? Probably to support your small hometown businesses, I don’t know anymore. Well, last night my daughter and I were in the mood for DRY wings…. which I always order when she wants wings because she doesn’t like sauce on them. My wife ordered and reminded the employee to put the sauce on the side- wings must be dry! The order arrived and they were covered in BBQ sauce. This is not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or even 4th time this has happened. But like I said, mistakes happen and we continue to go back.

We are never disappointed with the food here. The large salads are literally 2 or 3 meals! So worth your money! The staff is also very kind. I was picking up an order, and my son fell asleep in the car. I called and asked if someone could bring it out to me, and they did. Little gestures like that go a long way!
