I never received my order. I tried calling the store several times and the phone just rang until it disconnected. I finally reached someone about 10 minutes before closing, 2 hours after my order, and she said she would refund my money. The next day, the charge was still on my card, so I called and talked to the manager and she said to give it 3 days to fall off and if it doesn’t, call back and they will do a manual credit to my card. I have tried no less than 12 times to talk to the manager at this Pizza hut. Every time I call, they put me on hold and then it gets disconnected after 15 minutes. I call back and explain what happened, they put me back on hold and the same thing happens. There is no way to speak to a manager at this location. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company now, since I can’t reach anyone at Pizza Hut. Your company should not be stealing from your customers. This is ridiculous that I have to go through all of this for pizza I never received.

My star rating is only based on taste and flavor. The staff was great and facilities are fine. I ordered both a Pizza hut and Dominoes pan pizza with extra cheese and Dominoes was the clear winner. You can see the comparison below. But that’s my personal opinion.

I order from this Pizza Hut for almost 25 years. The service and delivery guy are great. They will fix anything you don’t like. This week I ordered a couple hours early. My food was there early, but not as hot. They put toppings on the whole pizza, when I only wanted toppings on half, which is how I have been ordering it for over 10 years, It is a spring Friday, and busy. Like I mentioned earlier, they will fix it, and the delivery guy is super nice and polite.

I don’t like door dash or Uber eats. I deliberately go out of my way to avoid using it. I ordered a pizza from this Pizza Hut today and after paying, got a text that our order was coming via door dash. An unacceptable bait and switch. Door dash does not pay it’s delivery drivers adequately and makes it extremely difficult to hold anyone accountable if a delivery is unsuccessful. I would rather wait longer for a delivery than have it outsourced to an unethical business.

I place a online order. I had the option of pick up and store or curbside pick up. I chose curbside pick up which went very horrible. I was unable to click the app that I was there so I called inside this location . The phone was answered by someone that did not understand English. another employee was then put on the phone who was very rude and tone voice was not great for customer service. When my order was brought out to the car I had chose online to have. It placed on my back seat which was 1 Of the options the employee told me that she was unable to touch my car. I use a cane and a walker to get around so I had to physically get out of my car to put my pizza on the back seat.

I go to Pizza Hut for the cheesy breadsticks…. these were some of the best if had in a while! I’m from Medford nj and the closest is Cherry hill and they always suck there. The breadsticks were fresh and delicious I was impressed

The food tasted good but I was disappointed with the confusing company coupon. I ordered the Big Box: 2 medium 1 topping pizzas, bread sticks, and wings. I selected a plain pizza and the buffalo chicken pizza which was causing the total price to be $5 more than the coupon. I couldn’t figure out why it cost more so I ordered it online anyway. When I picked up the pizza and asked, I was told it was because the buffalo pizza has two toppings : buffalo sauce and chicken. Really?!
