Horrible customer service. We didn’t get our full order and when we waited to be able to say something. We got told Rudely “what are you waiting for” and I didn’t get finished talking before she closed the window on me. Then told me if I wanted my items it would be a 12 min wait and I asked her to give me a refund instead. To which she closed the window and let someone else talk to me. The entire conversation was with the manager.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years and the last 2-3 years it’s became the worst McDonald’s location I’ve been too. Last time I was in my double cheeseburger was harder than a rock. If I want McDonald’s from now which I doubt I will I’d rather drive to Pella than come back here.

Got our order wrong asked for a drink with no ice but got it with lots of ice forgot cheese on the Big Mac and put cheese on the hamburgers not impressed this time around usually do really well

Terrible service. Took forever to get food. Messed up several orders of people on my team. Green hair giral was very mean. Only bright spot was the guy who brought some of our meals. He was nice. Green hair was Terrible though. Will not go back. Do not recommend.

The staff working were very loud and very obnoxious with lots of swearing. The floors and the table legs were disgusting. They also got my order wrong and shorted me a whole beef pattie on my burger. I have worked at a McDonald’s and this wouldn’t fly at all. Severely disappointed in this location.
