This location is always something wrong. It was closed in pandemic time and reopen again so thought let’s try maybe new Managment improve service and quality of food but as usual most worst experience. Topping was almost nothing like pizza was not cooked properly. We ordered pan stuff pizza and there was no stuff on edge of pizza. As usual not again going to buy pizza from here.

Love Pizza Hut, don’t get me wrong, However. It would be nice if people CARED just a little bit. Ordered a pizza today. Pepperoni and mushrooms. It’s 2 toppings for gods sake. You would think I would get what I asked for. Nope!! Whoever made it put pepperoni and a weird amount of meatballs, that the little brown mounds on my pizza didn’t even really look like a meatball. I had to poke it and smell it to make sure that is what it was. I rechecked to make sure I didn’t order meatballs by accident. I’m sorry, I drove far with a pizza I didn’t check! LOOK AT YOUR PIZZA BEFORE YOU LEAVE. not ONE mushroom. Just weird looking meatballs, maybe 6 at best on a large pepperoni pie. For foreign owners , please pay attention to what people asked for. It matters. Thank you for ruining my order. I appreciate it.

Tried to place an order online 4 times, it didn’t work. I tried to call, twice the person answered and put my on hold immediately without saying anything. When I finally called and tried to place an order, the order came out to double the price of what my total was on their website. they were telling me that a double order of breadsticks comes out to $18. I just gave up.

I honestly should’ve read the reviews prior to coming here because it seems as I didn’t go there on a bad night.. the service is always bad. I’m new to Union county and decided to take a drive and seen this Pizza Hut. Prior to stopping here, I’ve never had any complaints with Pizza Hut. The outside alone looked dingy and the appearance said enough to let me know the service was bad, but I gave them a chance anyway. The 2 ladies at the front were talking about off the job, or at least not around customers things and that was flag #2, very unprofessional, but yet again I still wanted to give them a chance. I ordered a pie of pizza and order of boneless bbq wings. The wings looked like cut up chicken tenders, not fully cooked and they just threw bbq sauce in the bowl and threw the wings on top. Only the bottom of the wings had bbq sauce on them. Then the pizza, disgusting. It tasted like school Pizza that wasn’t in the microwave long enough. This was my first and most certainly last time giving them my money.

Update 7/5/22 this place has fallen off tremendously. I have gotten people who work here who don’t know how to properly take an order. Once i arrive i have to wait more time for them to fix my order. Today, this happened along with my pizza looking like someone tried to eat off of it. Adding pictures because it looks disgusting.

Wrong order. Ask for 1/2 sausage 1/2 ground beef and onions. It had 1/2 PEPPERONI!! Actually more than 1/2 PEPPERONI!!! Only about 3 slices had beef and onions on a large pie!! The crust was 1/2 done. No buttery crust like it normally does. Then there must of thought I asked for LIGHT SAUCE!! It tasted like cheese and bread!!! Just dry!!! Worst IEVER HAD FROM PIZZA HUT!!

The pizza seemed underdone and the person at the pick up counter didn’t seem to care about enforcing any kind of a line. I had to do it myself, which never put you in a good position in public because God forbid you tell someone you were there before them, you run the risk of starting a confrontation. That’s not what I’m in the mood for when I’m picking up overpriced inferior pizza. You’re lucky that’s what my wife was in the mood for because that’s not what I deal with at my local pizzeria.

Cold pizza, manager who argued about the online service and what was supposed to be delivery wasn’t despite my handicap and being unable to drive. We checked multiple times it was for delivery before submitting the order.
