This Pizza Hut had great customer service, very friendly, and my order was phenomenal. The pizza was fresh made to order and chicken well done. I would rate them 10 out 10 all the way around.

I really have to say I hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in a while so I was impressed that they made an effort to fix their place. Looks better inside and the service was good. It’s not easy running a business, I wish them the best of luck. Pizza Hut has been around forever, don’t let its reputation go bad. Hang in there.

I wanted to leave a comment for great food at this location, and also highlight the amazing customer service. When I picked up my order Saturday, I was greeted by Joaquin. He took the time to open each item and verify with me that the whole order was correct. I appreciate this attention to detail so the store knows everything left as prepared, and also so the customer can feel great that nothing was missing and everything in the order looks good.
Any place can just cook up food, but not all places have great customer service. I’ll look to come back here since I know they’re treating their customers right here!

I go to this location at least once or twice a week because my son love the cheese pizza from this location I always come across this young lady in the front counter unfortunately I haven’t been able to catch her name since she seems to work the rush hour shift mostly weekend but nothing negative to say about her if anything let her know she’s doing a fantastic job even if she feels like she’s not doing enough. Last week I went in and it was super busy but I mean super busy and the way she handle the front counter was very surprising that she didn’t seem frustrated or stressed out despite being the only person working the front counter at that time please continue to have that young lady at the counter because she doing a really great job.

My partner and I frequently visit the avenel location as that’s the closest location to my home however, this particular day we happen to be visiting some old friends that recently moved to linden and so happen it was lunch time they where in the mood for some pizza and we decided to search a pizza parlor and came across another Pizza Hut linden location which was phenomenal due to the fact that I have eaten Pizza Hut before and I know they be extremely delicious. We placed an online order which btw keep up the great deals because in this economy is perfect to feed at least a family of 10 w/o breaking the pocket to much. We where told 15 mins but when got there 5 mins before to our surprise it was ready and not only that it actually has a dinning area which was great for me and my friends joining us since the avenel location doesn’t have one and I don’t think many location now days have dining area so the fact that this place had a dining section was already giving bonus point and the best part was it was calming not busy at all so we got greeted very well by an older guy somewhere mid-late 40 couldn’t catch his name and the best part of all the food came out delicious, it was shown to us prior to us taking the food to make sure everything was correct and we where satisfied which we where. In conclusion I think I found my location and for now on I will be taking a drive to this location. I love avenel location but linden has now won a place in me and my friends and that’s because they have (1) friendly staff member and (2) dining area.

My boyfriend and I took a trip out here because we haven’t been to Pizza Hut since we were children. Unfortunately, the AC was broken so we couldn’t stay inside. Beshoy was super friendly, funny, and helpful throughout our ordering experience. The food was yummy and nostalgic. We got the Buffalo chicken stuffed crust and the supreme stuffed crust pizzas. To die for! Well worth the trip. We hope the AC gets fixed soon!

Very disappointing experience. The pizza was cold, greasy, and lacked flavor. The crust tasted stale, and the toppings were skimpy for the price. Customer service was unhelpful and seemed rushed, like they didn’t care at all. I expected better from a well-known chain, but this was a waste of money. I won’t be returning.

Very dirty store staff is not very friendly at all.It’s like they’re upset to see you walk in…. Came there for pick up for an order that was ordered 30 minutes ago.And they tell me , I got a week fifteen more minutes that defeats the point of pick up…. The night staff definitely not the best.I’ve been there during the day.And they are nicer

It was dirty when we went in. My partner and I asked the guy taking orders, a thin, very arrogant young man, where the menu was, and he told us it was at the counter. Another couple arrived, and he served them very politely. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza, but he gave us a Hawaiian pizza with chicken. Don’t go there to order; even though it has 3 stars, it’s the worst Pizza Hut in Linden.
