Ordered ahead online and set the pick-up time hours in advance and I still had to wait an extra 25 minutes once I got there right at the pick-up time. I didn’t order any entrees, so just rating based off pizza and wings. Wings were a little above average, I thought pizza was a little below average. It might more of a dine-in place with a family atmosphere.

My friend and I arrived after 7:30. The restaurant had a very eclectic menu. The Italian/American Pub Fare is the best way to describe this restaurant. Does not look or feel Italian. The pizza though is excellent. A white pizza was ordered. Very thick crust, but properly baked. It would not be up Portnoy’s Alley. My friend had a Cobb salad. It was chocked full. I saw a spear of asparagus! I had the jack tots. They were OK (7 out of 10). The tots were not crisp and clearly the toppings just thrown on and not well spread out. Oh! The bread rolls brought out with dipping oil was super (9.5/10). The rolls were fresh and perfectly chewy.

I gave atmosphere kind of a lower score. The Keno and TVs on the wall is the basis. Personal preference as I feel it takes from the dining experience. I get it as a revenue stream…but…

Anyways the food is the reason to go to this place. The server was great and funny. Food came out pretty well. The ice tea here was good too.

The bill with 20% tip came to 64.42. The bill had the tip suggestions on the bottom of the receipt.

Very sadly , in all of my many years of eating out on the North Shore, Supinos does not even make the top 100. I met my cousin there for lunch. When I walked in it was very dim inside( noon) and the only person who acknowledged us at all was our server. The computer system had apparently broken down and I realize that this puts stress on a server. Our server was very abrupt at the beginning. We started with an antipasto to split and had to ask for dishes and serving spoons. My dish was pretty dirty and I never got a chance to ask for a clean one
I ordered a burger rare, and she asked ” is med rare ok” I said yes. My cousin asked for the portabella burger. My burger came way overcooked, as did my cousin’s. In addition, everything was extremely salty and I use salt and tasted it first.
The server did apologize, but could not even take a thing off the check. There was no manager there

I will never go back nor recommend it to anyone . It was a huge disappointment.

If I could give John (the server in the bar area) a 10 star review I would! He was super busy, but you would not know by the attention he gave to his customers! Kudos for hiring this young man he is an asset! And of course the food was great, as it always is!

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Supino’s in Danvers for catering my retirement celebration last weekend. The food was outstanding, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how much they enjoyed it.

Like with any big event, there were a couple of small hiccups behind the scenes — but what really stood out was how Ron Supino went above and beyond to make everything right. He told me it was in appreciation of my service as we celebrated my Marine Corps retirement, but I have a feeling he treats all of his customers with the same level of care.

We’ll definitely be using Supino’s again. Great food, amazing service, and a team that truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

We went on a Wednesday a party of 6. There was music bingo.. It was a bit loud so we couldn’t really have a conversation across the table.
The food and service was good.

This place is lively, busy, family owned business. Italian food, big bar lots of TV on the wall. Food was good but I found prices medium high. But atmosphere was worth it. I enjoyed myself. Punkin Martin’s are to die for. Every year this place make food for the under privilege of the community for Thanksgiving and drive around passing the meals out. Amazing see what you can do to support them.

We were in the area and decided to give Supino’s a try. We liked its warm atmosphere. We shared a baked seafood casserole and a small mushroom pizza, followed by a slice of tiramisu. The food was delicious, service was friendly and prompt, and our experience there was very enjoyable.

The pasta dishes my wife and daughter ordered came out well, but my meat bomb canzone was a different story. The top was toasted brown and appeared to have a lot of meat, peppers and cheese inside. However, the bottom was very crispy and burnt black. I took one bite and the burnt crust overpowered the taste of the canzone. Waiter offered to have another one made and stated it would only be 7-8 minutes. Twenty+ minutes later (after my wife and daughter were already finished with their meals, the replacement canzone finally arrived. The canzone did not have anywhere near the same amount of fillings (steak, peppers and cheese) and appeared smaller but was cooked better and not burnt. No concession on price or offer of desert was given. Would not recommend ordering a calzone if this is typical.
