The pizza was great! Hot and fresh! Kids enjoyed and my husbands wings were as he liked them! The management and staff were super nice and helpful with my order! Thank you!! The store was clean and inviting. Definitely will go back!! Yes I’m a local! I hated to take home 20 mins away bc the cheese wouldn’t be stringy but still was 🙂

Been to this location only once, and just for takeout. Brings back memories of the good old days. The parking lot is being worked on and there was all sorts of construction material in there so parking may be limited. The takeout food was good. We took it from Ellsworth to the Bar Harbor campground. We got one of their meal deals for a family of six and it came out to a little bit over $35 with tax and tip. There was nothing wrong with the food and they gave us the sauces that we wanted. We even had a little bit of leftover. Typical Pizza Hut.

My family and I ate lunch at the Pizza Hut and unfortunately we struggled to enjoy ourselves. The place was extremely dirty! The floors hadn’t been vacuumed in I don’t know how long, the tables and shakers were sticky and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, there was garbage under almost every table from the day before. The staff was nice and we still ate lunch, but we just couldn’t get past the fact that the place was dirty. Made us wonder how clean the kitchen was. I can’t say we will be rushing back to dine there again.

Your typical Pizza Hut, still offers dine-in service with a server, everyone that works there is pretty friendly, they’ll do what they can to help you out if something gets messed up.
Calling this place for an order gets you a (foreign?) hotline to take your order, and then your order gets sent to the restaurant. If you call directly odds are that they won’t answer, you’ll be bumped back and forth between other phone support people that will send you to their local phone number again, only to be bounced back most likely over and over again so make sure you get your order right the first time so you don’t have to try this method of calling the restaurant. In the establishments defense, they are usually very busy and don’t really have time for phone calls.

This place needs some serious managment guidance on how to quality control there pizzas.

Not a good experience!! We were seated quickly. We ordered lunch specials of personal pan pizza, salad bar, drink and an order of wings. Food was ok. Service was terrible! No refills offered. When we received our bill, it was not correct. When we called their attention to it, it took 3 people staring at the receipt…but they did nothing. It was a bizarre experience. I had to add up our purchase for them. They were not helpful, stood around as if they couldn’t figure out what to do, tried to convince us the “bill was right but the machine just added it funny”….all o can say is something “funny” was going on there. Complete lack of professionalism and service. I cannot recommend this Pizza Hut.

The pizza was not the typical taste I expect from Pizza Hut. We didn’t order a thin pizza but what we ended up was very thin, with close to no sauce. Extremely disappointing. Only good thing was the apple pies.

Movie night at my friend’s house? Pizza Hut in Ellsworth came to the rescue!
A large Stuffed Crust Meat Lovers pizza was a special treat when I was growing up. I love the idea of cheese in the crust, all the way around. It tasted BETTER than when I was younger!
Those who dined in had the dining area all to themselves. And the server on duty clearly loved her job.
If you haven’t been there in a while, give it a try!

Let’s begin with I used the app I got the family meal deal says cost wise 24.99 unless you upgrade. I didn’t upgrade it was just the regular deal 4 2 1 topping medium pizzas bread sticks n wings. I wanted pepperoni on both pizzas anyways they charged me $49. Stating I picked the pepperoni lovers 4 pepperoni ison 1 slice is pepperoniloverspizza. I’m very very unhappy and this will be my last time ordering from pizza hut. I don’t eat it anyway but my children do n they weren’t even happy about what they had.
