I have always loved this Popeyes, but tonight, the team made the experience the best I’ve had. Reina, Brandon, and Amber made sure our order was perfect, were all very polite when we picked up our order, and were super helpful and quick when we needed to add something to our existing order. I will only go to this Popeyes. And the team working now makes this the best Popeyes around!

We went through the drive thru today, we got a 36 dollar order, the food was good until I went to take a bite of my red beans and rice that had a huge chunk of the packaging in it. I took photos and called the store to warn them of the mishap and the manager didn’t seem to care at all.

They convinced me to try the strawberry biscuits…so good, left no crumbs! Their lemonades are flavorful, Cajun fries to die for, and the best biscuits in town. The sweet girl in drive-thru made it even better! Great service!

We are new to town and I decided on eating Popeyes for dinner last night. I ordered 23.00 worth of food and even had to wait on it and it was not fresh at all. My chicken tasted like it had been sitting there all day and the biscuits were hard and the Mac and cheese was dried out . We love Popeyes but this wasn’t what we expected.

My wife and I came here expecting excellent service, but we were let down terribly.
The first time that we came they were out of spicy chicken, we said no problem, so we took the mild. Terrible mistake number one. There was no seasoning on the chicken. We overlooked it as it was cooked well.
We came back later, now there was spicy chicken but it was undercooked as the meat was still red. My wife cannot eat any type of red meat or else she would get sick and she is 8 months pregnant.
This is when we returned the chicken and opted for chicken tenders instead. When we returned the remaining chicken the male employee who served us dumped the tenders in front of us and claimed that we had him fooled into giving us extra food for free. The box of chicken we returned was still sitting on the counter.
He started complaining to his co-workers, not realizing that one of them already collected the food back. This then told us we made terrible mistake number 2.
Only when he realized that we returned the whole box already, he then tried to smooth it over. It was too late, we already were painted terribly and there as no telling who else heard. We were completely embarrassed.
This restaurant will not find us here ever again, the service was bad and the treatment was worse.

This isn’t about the food or service, although this is a rather slow “fast” food establishment. Unfortunately the guy in the back directly handling and cooking the chicken with a beard, had neither a cap nor a hairnet, nor a net on his beard. This is a direct health-code violation and should be addressed by management immediately. The two young cashiers also were not wearing caps or nets. I’m unsure how this slides, as these are notable violations.

Called to let them know that my tenders were not so great, I was very kind, and they hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. Used to come here about once a week or every other week, will not be back. TJ was amazing though. They forgot my sauce, and even though he was off, he ran back in a got me some. Thank you!

Popeyes chicken in Winchester Kentucky. We have tried to do online order three times now and all three times they’ve either screwed the order up or at twice didn’t have and was out of stock what we ordered one being spicy chicken and legs. How can you run out of the things that you’re supposed to serve. Someone needs to look into the manager because apparently they are not doing their job and should be fired. And with this last incident talking with the driver, they made the comment at every order they got from Popeyes that day was screwed up

Good shrimp and chicken,. Update on 3/3/21. Food was good but the worst behavior I have seen in a while from a manager. Belittled and caused an employee to quit in front of me while I was ordering my food. I felt so sorry for the young lady. I could not imagine how the lady felt. Then manager looked over to another employee and said about time. Horrible behavior from a manager. Ridiculous

I don’t see how this place got a 3.6. I was in today and got the some of the worst wing I ever ate… They had to be cooked early this morning…. The cashier was drunk or high on something. Could barely hold her eyes open. Won’t be stopping in there again…. The people I met live in Winchester and said they won’t eat there due to the score from the health department…
