The prices are quite high, the food is incredible. I wish you could still get any size stuffed crust or combo it with another style. I got two sodas and a pizza for roughly 31$, it has to be someone else pay or for a very expensive treat. I came in when the shift changed, and the wait was on the linger side. It’s a pizza hut of decent quality. That should be enough info to decide weather you want to go here or not.

I dont usually leave reviews but this has to be the absolutely worst run Pizza Hut on the planet! Literally every time I’ve ordered from there they take AT LEAST twice as long as projected, they never have enough people working, last time no one was working the front or greating customers, just 6 customers waiting, arms crossed, not one single worker wanted to acknowledge anyone behind the first customer (who’s massive order was thoroughly screwed up). For the 100th time I waited 20-30 mins AFTER MY PIZZA WAS DONE to actually recieve it. My pizza was well past done and paid for but they couldn’t even acknowledge my existence, I had to wait an extra 25 mins and make multiple attempts to flag an employee down just to get one of them to scoff at me and tell me to “wait a minute” and try to walk off before I even got a sentence out. NO DUDE, IVE BEEN WAITING 25 MINS FOR YOU TO JUST HAND ME MY PIZZA YOU RUDE LITTLE ….. Anyway, this specific pizza hut is objectively terrible – super slow cook times, unbelievably late deliveries, embarassing excuse for customer service and chronically understaffed with ZERO quality control. Called in a takeout order, picked it up last night at 9:30pm. Service was wonderful, the gentleman who helped me on the phone and at the counter was friendly!! Pizza was oily but good. 🙂

I’ve ordered DoorDash from here a couple of times. I can agree that sometimes the food is just “meh,” and I hadn’t realized that icing for the cinnamon sticks was extra. Last night, I added it to my order and was a little confused when I opened the lid to, “No icing sorry,” but also a little container of something else. They cleverly substituted the icing I had ordered with cream cheese frosting that usually goes with the mini cinnamon rolls. It was just as good, so I can’t be mad. Good job, team!

Was actually sympathetic and patient with the two working. I overheard that a new girl had quit leaving them short handed. So, I was patient. However, when I got my pizza and sat down to eat I asked for parmesan cheese. To which the woman running the place said, very irritated and rudely, “just give home the shaker from the table… we usually sell this”. I wasn’t aware that I needed to pay to use parmesan whilst eating in the lobby in a Pizza Hut. That’s new but companies have become over the top greedy anymore. Maybe she thought I was taking it to go and wanted me to pay for the take away packets? I don’t know but if there are lobby shakers they should be in the lobby and I shouldn’t get attitude when asking for it. I’m sorry your new employee quit and you’re having a bad day. Until you gave me attitude I was sympathetic. But now I understand why the new girl quit. If she had to deal with that attitude I understand. Won’t be returning here.

I recommend this Pizza Hut. Especially on Tuesday’s when Amber is working! I love my pizza well done and she takes the time to make sure it’s made how I like it. (*note to management/owners she deserves a raise! )

Got some boneless wings and pizza. The pizza looked great until i picked it up the bottom so wet you cant even pick it up. And the wings look like they’re sitting in oil. Not eating tonight

This pizza hut has excellent customer service as well as good food. When ordering through the mobile app I received an error when trying to pay so I placed the order again. Within a few minutes I received a call from the store asking if I meant to place the second order. You don’t find customer service like this everywhere so if you are looking for some great pizza in Westbrook Maine support this store!

I had walked in to it seem to be a clean atmosphere with one older lady in front of me waiting for her pizza. As I walked in, I didn’t realize the large table in the middle of the room had several long strands of hair on it as if it had not been cleaned any while. The other countertops table tops were cleaned, though couple of them did seem a little dusty as I’m sure nobody has actually sat in the eat for a while, needing them to be cleaned. The bathroom was clean.
The two guys prepping the food, one wearing large earmuffs, listening to music I believe in the other male wearing earbuds, listening to music. I would also assume. No, they could hear it may have taken usually a second time to get their attention to listen to you.
The woman that was in front of me, and had to remind them that she also needed the dipping sauce that she had paid for. After making sure her order was right, she didn’t left. Two minutes later, she came back in because her food was not cut so they could actually be eaten by her and her husband. how are you seeing my food look good I’m not your tasted but for $30 one small pan one large pizza I would expect the better taste good.
