Placed two separate orders one for pickup for 1030pm and one for delivery for 10:45pm. This store says open on google and everything else until 12AM. I scheduled these orders hours ahead through the app no issues. I refined confirmation emails and the app said my delivery order was being prepared. I show up to grab my pickup order and their store is pitch dark and nobody there. No signs on any windows or door. Nobody called me when I placed the orders hours ago. I went back on the app and it said stores closed cannot place order. It allowed me to place orders lower when they were open. Was not called to be told their closing and can’t make my order. Nobody offered the refund. Called the store I was given a call center with a rude person telling me Stores closed theirs nothing he can do. Contacted corporate nothing was helpful.

My family of five made a stop at this location to hit the all you can eat buffet before heading to North Conway. Coming from Massachusetts, this was the location we knew had the yummy buffet. The cost was a steal at $11.99 which also includes salad bar and sweets. Drinks are separate.
We were greeted immediately by the hostess/waitress and was asked if doing the buffet. Yep!
We were shown out seats and went straight to the buffet. It might like small, but there was plenty to pick from for pizza selections. And all was all hot! My choice was cheese and it was so cheesy. Yum. Salad bar was great too.
My son loved the abundance of breadsticks. The waitress always gave us refills of our waters without asking so that was great.
Would definitely come back next time.
Oh. One star taken off for the restroom as my son mention the water wasn’t working so well to wash his hands. He had to use hand sanitizer after using it.

Please pay the cooks and waiters more!!! This place is constantly run by dedicated staff who are responsible for keeping this place in business. Staff who im sure are overworked and underpaid. Give them what they deserve for serving thousands of customers.

The service was ok @ 145 pm.supposed to be a buffet, but the pizza was old. I know that we were the only ones there, but I would have thought they would have had atleast one fresh pizza there. The bread sticks were ok and the pizza sauce, but pizza hut is famous for pizza not stucks.

Made an online order, was sent a confirmation that it would be ready by 8:59pm But when we arrived to pick up the order the guy said we didnt order and that they closed at 9pm. We arrived at 9:07, he came to the window… they are open until 11… right? As we’re sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out what happened, the lights go off and we were sent a notification that our order was ready but they shut everything down… It is the correct address store, we double checked. This is ridiculous, whoever was running the store tonight 11/6 totally lied because they wanted out. We did not get our order, lucky for us we didnt prepay.

Worst service EVER! This place has gone way downhill! I won’t use them again! I was on hold all the way from Strafford and I stood in the restaurant for 10 minutes waiting to order. I never saw one employee in all that time. This happened two weeks in a row. You must do better Pizza Hut. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

The new pepperoni and cheese pizza melt is a huge disappointment. Burnt crunchy crust filled with meager amounts of cheese and pepperoni.
The two star rating is only because the girl who handed me my order at the pick up window was pleasant.
