Where’s the MEAT?? What a joke. Ordered the philly cheese steak and got a bun with sauce and meat speckles on it. Brought it up to the gentleman at the counter (Marqus) and was told that it was made to the correct portion size. I will never order this item again. Waste of money!!!!

Came in to try the new peanut butter cup cookie. When I got it, it fell apart. Not crumbling but excessively moist and gooey. Reaching in to pull the cookies out of the package my fingers touched against the chocolate and candies causing my fingers to be en grossed with chocolate and peanut butter. The young lady behind the counter told me that’s how it’s made and that’s how she hers. Tasted okay but very messy.

We went through drive-through. The associate who helped us was great. The food on the other hand was something to be questioned. My fries were absolutely cold and tasted stale and the bottom of the bun on my sandwich was rock hard so I don’t know how long my food had really been sitting there. Very disappointing since I love Arby’s.

I didn’t like it at all. It had no flavor to me. It was so expensive and not worth it at all. Over 300$ for three people. The people who worked there was kind the food was just not that good. The potatoes was not all the way cooked and the crap n lobster was chewy. It was not cooked long enough and it needs more flavor. Street parking is hard to find.

Order was wrong on pickup after reviewing at home… went to get my proper sandwich after calling, a beef and cheddar. upon pick up and driving home it was JUST beef. ugh. 40 mins lost driving around.
Your beef and cheddar is supposed to be your main thing how do you mess this up.

I don’t know what has changed at the Main street Arby’s in mishawaka, but the last two times have been ridiculous. This last time, all I ordered was a jalapeño roast beef slider, which was cold by the time I got home 5 minutes away. That’s never happened before which makes me believe it was sitting cold waiting to be purchased or the meat isn’t heated enough which worries me.
And I ordered mozzarella sticks, which were also cold once I got home. Plus they forgot the marinera sauce AGAIN even though I pointedly asked for the sauce and even asked if it was in the bag and he said yes. It wasn’t. I had to microwave all my food when I got home 5 minutes later.
And don’t get me started on the “shake”. It was so light feeling and thin, it made me wonder if they put mostly whip cream and no “shake” in the cup. What a waste of money. We are done with this Arby’s. They used to be the best Arby’s around. Again, I don’t know what changed in the last 6 months, but we are so disappointed. Your person in charge needs more training or needs to watch more closely on the health code rules for keeping food warm and fresh.

10:00 pm, 18 cars at culvers, none at arbys as the staff ignores cars and isnt taking orders. wanted arbys, went to culvers like many, and arbys is so bad in this area i give up. will just watch as they go out of business like the 90’s, as the service has become so bad at 4 locations irs clearly a corporate issue. im done with them.
