The service is just hit or miss sometimes. I just came in and got some redbulls and zyns. I said hi and smiled at the cashier, she didn’t say hi or smile back. That really stands out to me for a quick trip employee or just Oklahoma in general. When she checked me out, she couldn’t bother to say you’re welcome when I said thank you. She just continued in conversation with her coworker. I had 5 items and I’m in yoga pants, maybe offer a bag? Maybe say thank you? Maybe a smile? I literally dropped my keys in the parking lot because my hands were so full. I would’ve asked for a bag if she wasn’t in such a hurry to continue on her conversation with her coworker. The guys who were mopping and cleaning the doors were so pleasant and nice. Maybe she needs retrained, is having a bad day, or is just naturally unpleasant to others. Either way, I recommend taking her off of any customer facing positions. Quick Trip used to be highly sought after for jobs, especially college students. I hate to see an employee who could care less when there are plenty of others who would love the job and do it with a smile. I truly think this was my one and only unpleasant experience with quick trip customer service, but it’s enough to be off putting. Literally you guys are the chic fil a of gas stations in my mind so maybe that’s why it stuck out to me so much.

Really clean. The blonde girl that I was getting my pizza from was really rude to me for no reason. I was smiling and everything I don’t get it. I heard her complaining to her co-worker she wasn’t trained properly, but she didn’t need to take it out on me.

This parking lot is so bad then I’m sticking to the floor when I walk into the store. there will clean the floors but yet the parking lot is filth. Get in my car with the filth come on. Can we get this cleaned up?

Bad manager on Tues August 29 when I called. On Saturday 26 as I was driving on my way towards NJ from texas, I stopped by this location to fill up and get gas and sure enough some coffee too. I was tired driving that morning about 10am. I paid for coffee cash. The young man behind the counter gave me change which I did not count at the time but put it in my pocket and left. When I hit Illinois next day and was buying something using cash, I realised there is an extra $10 on hand. The young man, white, kind of blond I think did give me an extra $10. Because before or after such an error would not have happened. I am trying to return the $10 back to him because he is probably working hard to raise money for college or whatever. The manager keeps hanging up on me.

I think this is a pretty average gas station. It has a pretty good snack selection. Bathrooms are pretty small though

Very fast and convenient and always friendly and helpful when I go into the store. Has great donuts and hot and cold foods for when I’m in a hurry.. great prices .
