I’ve been such a long-time customer….These people are more like family to me. Lily, long-time employee, is a pro! Angel is an awesome pizza-maker and always super-friendly. Brian is also top-notch….Really, they’re all great. And of course the Pizza is consistently awesome — What other pizza restaurant puts this much pepperoni on their pizza?! I dare you to compare! I also highly recommend you try their NEW Mozzarella Sticks – surprisingly tasty! Thanks, Pizza Factory, for all delicious food over these many years!

Our company purchased a total of 6 pizzas today to go through take back to our job site spending over $200 for everything and it was well worth it! The service was excellent, they prepared everything that I requested and the best part was the pizza! Everyone loved it especially all of the different pizzas that I ordered. I recently went to Mendota to visit a friend. We decided to have lunch at The Pizza Factory. Best decision I could have made. I hadn’t been there in 20 years and from the first bite to the last, the memories came flooding back. The manager Luis was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be going back next time I ride through town!

I’ve been coming here for 30+ years. Everything has gone downhill except the prices. Paid $35 for a pizza to be delivered and it was nearly an hour late, cold, and wasn’t even offered $5 off to offset why it was almost an hour late.

After many years of going to the firebaugh location i was dissapointed by the lack of service.. so i decided to give mendota pizza factory a try and i was amazed by the service and freshness of the quality of fiod including their sandwiches.. i definitely will be coming back here for many years to come ☺️

Just want to say that Mendota Pizza Factory sucks. They don’t get order right and they complain about reimbursement. My boyfriend is allergic to a certain condiment and we specifically ordered it without it and even the receipt said no said condiment but the sandwich had it. They were rude and said well why don’t you carry an epi pen if you are allergic. That is not the point. Very rude. Never again @Mendota Pizza Factory.

Why do your topping slide right off of the pizza? This happens every time and we order like once a week from your establishment. if it wasn’t for my wife and kids that don’t like little Caesar’s I would prefer little Caesar’s any day. I’m not a food scientist but I’m pretty sure the pepperoni and cheese shouldn’t just slide right off… especially for $20+ pizzas. It would be great if you could investigate your sliding topping dilemma.
