Not really a complainer but the employees were young and their minds seemed to be elsewhere but I didn’t have an issue with that
I got the BMT and asked for Turkey instead of ham and the kid hesitated (I didn’t think much of it because he already seemed out of it) when I got home and bit into my sandwich I immediately felt sick because the turkey was no good. I have a feeling it was just sitting out too long and I wonder if they knew.
I spat it out and threw away the sandwich so there’s a waste of money.

The lady amanda was atrocious. When im ordering a sub or bowl, I shouldn’t be made to feel like im holding up her time and the already long line. Not my problem you are behind in whatever youre doing in an already busy off the freeway truck stop. She walked away for a few and came back making snarky comments about someone. Ma’am you are working. Its not time to gossip while people are lining up. Not coming back.

I visited Subway during the night shift, and I have to say the experience wasn’t great. The night shift employee looked upset and frustrated the whole time. They were shaking their head while making my order, which made me feel really uncomfortable — like I wasn’t welcome. I didn’t feel like a valued customer. I hope Subway can work on improving their customer service during the night shift.

Was just in here slower than all get out the guy wouldn’t hardly wait for me to completely state my order so I ended up just leaving. These people want to work fast food make 15$ an hour but don’t want to put the work in for that pay. I’m a truck driver i run coast to coast and it’s the same all over either service so bad or none at all.

I ordered a Black Forest ham salad. When the young man was done making it I noticed the bowl was a quarter full at best. I kindly asked him to put lettuce on top. This is a $9 salad. I get home and had I not asked for the lettuce there wouldn’t have been a salad. Zero lettuce in the bowl except for what I had to ask for. He didn’t cut up the ham at all. He put full slices in the bowl. What happened to the way subway makes their salads. He needs to be retrained. Completely unacceptable. I have a picture of the ham not cut/sliced but I don’t see how to upload it. The shorter young man was very personable. I’m upset due to his attitude and inability to put lettuce in the bowl.

On 07/07/20 at 10:55 pm, I went to this Subway Location and their customer service was TERRIBLE. The male worker that night was very rude. I’m aware the store was closing at 11 pm. But does it really take that long to make a sandwich?!?? He was serving someone before me and he said something but wasn’t looking at me so I disregarded what he said and continued to waited in line. Then when the customer before me left, he rushed to the back and said something about “She told me she was my last customer” again without looking at me. There are store hours for a reason. I worked at a food franchise before and I was expected to abide by the hours. AND I’m aware that the oven was probably turned off a while ago but I was willing to work with that. All you really need to make the sandwich are gloves and a bread knife so there aren’t any dishes to clean. I would’ve felt better if the guy tried to console me but he rushed to the back with an attitude and without a clear explanation. Will never visit this location again. I’m calling to make a complaint tomorrow so they can teach their workers properly a little something about customer service.

I figure might as well get busy taking care of my to do list items, and stopped by to get a breakfast item or something to eat.
I have been here several other times service is anything from ok, to why did I come here?
So even if they were open, and system was not updating, based on previous experience at this location I most likely would have given 3 or 4 max, and they would have had to show significant improvement compared to previous visits.
Personally I don’t care if they’re cleaning the floors or if they’re the sandwich makers. please do wash your hands between cleaning the floors and making sandwiches of course, but more importantly take some pride in what it is that you’re doing to earn some money. Take care of the customer, and they will take care of you.
A nice smile, a friendly hello, goes a long way, you may even try saying, welcome to Subway, have you decided what you might like to order, or may I offer a few suggestions for you to consider?
It’s just a bit more friendly of a an approach I feel.
The customer said I just hear your words that you’re interested in assisting them, they should feel that you genuinely want to assist them in there dining choice this day.
Location isn’t the best but any more today unfortunately a lot of neighborhoods are going downhill it seems. fairly well patrolled by the police so you shouldn’t have to be too concerned about any issues. Just be mindful of your surroundings.
