Tasty, lower price than any other place compared to taste and food amounts. people very kid and friendly, their salad (margarita) Two Thumbs up!!! I never saw the owner but they are very honest. their thin pizza, I love it. thanks for the good business for neighbor! I think their chicken wings are awesome, too!

They don’t value their customers, they’re very rude and have no customer service experience. They’re disrespectful and they’re racist. They make their money in our neighborhood (Urban/ Inner City Community which is mostly Blacks,Latinos and Puerto Rican ) but don’t respect us . They probably spit in our food , our money feeds them and their families if I was them I would be more appreciative and grateful and show respect to the customers who take care of them , if i were you i would Stay Away and warn others immediately don’t spend another dime there, they don’t deserve our money.

This has been our place for years but recently stopped going because they’re not as good anymore. Quality of food has gone down. We ordered a steak and cheese and received it burned. You would think they would honestly consider it inedible but that’s still how they delivered it. Won’t be coming back ever again.
For some reason every time I try to post the picture of my very burnt food, it will disappear or become deleted. I doubt it’s a coincidence since the food I see in their pictures looks nothing like their actual food.

All I wanted was a simple cheese party pizza & he could not take my order because it wasn’t a coupon… all I wanted was the pizza no sides, no drinks &I still get hung up on mid conversation! I always ordered from this place but they won’t receive my business anymore… I don’t care how busy you are, there’s no need to hang up in peoples faces especially when its a simple order!

Worse owner of a restaurant ever. I called and tried placing an order and asked them to call my husband. It was almost if I had insulted them….owner went on and on about their police.

Hairy pizza. I ordered an extra large pizza (the Romano Special) from this restaurant using Uber Eats last night and of course the first piece I pull out, when I ate through 75% of my piece I slowly pulled out a long nasty hair that was literally baked into the pizza near the crust of my pizza slice. I threw it out and could not eat anymore pizza. I won’t be ordering from this place ever again. If you order from here check your pizza for hair. To the managers, please have your employees use hair nets. That’s completely gross and unacceptable.

This is one of the best pizza places in the new haven area. Awsome customer services and very nice people im a regular customer now. I brought 2 chicken fingers and ff combos they charged 1 dollar for the honey mustard sauce then 50 cents for hot sauce. Are you really that cheap after i spent 30 dollars on 2 dinners and drinks

The pizza is ok for new haven area the staff is often rude on the phone and seem like they have a problem completing delivery orders I rather order from other local places like modern, ziggys, or grand Ave pizza they’re about the same price and appreciate they’re customers I tried them out again after they were closed for health reasons but the lack of customer service is sad
