I’ve lived here for over 2 years and tonight was the first night I’ve ordered from the Pizza Box. Let me say I should’ve ordered long before tonight! The food is amazing. The price is absolutely great as well. The price will fool you at first until you realize that their medium size is everyone else’s large! I highly recommend stopping in and giving this place a try!!

The pizza was DELICIOUS!! We ordered a white sauce based pie with mushrooms and onion and wowowowow it was so tasty. Even though they accidentally forgot the chicken on top, when we called to tell them they offered us a discount on our next pie!! Will DEFINITELY be coming back.

Food is good, thick crust pizza, well seasoned and a diverse menu. I just don’t like waiting an hour for pizza, wings and cheesy breadsticks. The main reason is this a mom and pa pizza shop, literally. Husband and wife team doing it all. Maybe thinner crust would help speed the time up and a fryer for the wing would speed it up. Last comment is for their salad, best in the business.

Great Pizza, quick delivery to the hotel next door and the seasonings on the breadsticks were SO GOOD! The cheesy bread was perfect and there were plenty of dips to go with all the sides we ordered. The person who took our order and delivered to us was incredibly helpful and friendly! Great place!

I ordered a small salad & small cheese sticks. When it arrived I was amazed! The salad was bigger than any small salad I’ve ever gotten and the cheese sticks were like a large! And they were both awesome! Definitely recommend this place.

This seems to be the only pizza place in Monterey. That being said, the people of Monterey are VERY lucky! Our pizza was very good. The crust was fresh. The cheese and toppings also very good. We had the Hawaiian. We went there on a Friday night at around 5pm. Any pizza place in my hometown at that time is very busy. Pizza Box was not crowded. We were told up front that nothing is pre-made. And it would be 30 minutes. Well worth the wait! Wish they would move to Cookeville…
