The quality of the food is great, and its well made, but when ordering a cheese steak, having all the cold ingredients on the base of the bread including cheese and extra cold/wet additions, makes absolutely no sense and indicates a lack of either training or understanding in the kitchen. Unnecessarily soggy bread, such a shame, the ingredients and prep allow for a top tier experience, but the abhorrent execution leaves me writing this review.

The food here is great. Their pizza, fries, and cheese steaks are excellent. Staff is pleasant, and the prices are good. The only thing I will say is that it shares the same space as a mini mart and sometimes there are people waiting there buying lottery tickets and getting frustrated.

Ordered pizza from there recently, and it was absolutely horrible. I specifically requested for it to be cooked well done but the pizza arrived cold, had way too much cheese on it and it wasn’t done at all. The cheese wasn’t even melted. This is the second time this has happened. I understand companies have bad days so I gave them another chance but this is unacceptable. This was my last time ordering from this location. The one in Oxon Hill is always good and cooked properly.

I was always skeptical about trying it, but went online to see what options they had and just went with the wings. Pretty good quality do recommend. Will order from them again. A little long on the delivery but pretty much arrived when their tracker on the website said it would.

I ordered food and had it delivered. Once the food was delivered, I noticed one of the items was incorrect. I called and asked for it to be fixed and I would pick it up. The employees were very nasty and disrespectful just to fix one item. After they finally fixed the order, my food was thrown on the counter. I will never order anything from here again.

My family loves ordering pizza from here! We get the pepperoni pizza with extra pepperonis. The food is always hot and fresh when picking up and delivery. The customer service is great and friendly. They’ll often inform you of coupons offered too. Recently ordered Domino’s and it was trash compared to Boli’s (sorry, not sorry! ).

Horrible carry out! The food was unbearable, no one could eat and enjoy the meal, due to the high contains of their so call “Spicy Red sauce”, I love spicy, but not so hot that I can’t eat it! A waste of money! Plus the order was incorrect. I will say, when I called the restaurant, to relay my issues, the young lady who answered the phone, was very nice and apologetic, however the Manager was very rude and showed no compassionate or would except accountability for any of his errors; In stand of listening and then apologizing for his mistakes, he continued to be very rude and he told me “Well, then don’t order from them again”! Like I would be ordering from them again! The whole experience was very sad and unacceptable.
He displayed a negative attitude by showing his inability to receive feedback from his paying customers, he exhibited a unprofessional behavior during his interaction with his paying customers, and he showed he is not Manger material. He needs to attend manager etiquette classes! And he needs to improve his listening skills and learn how to deal with his customer issues more efficiently!

Plus, I’ll surely warn all my friends, family, and acquaintances, about this experience.

Hopefully once I’m done, no one else will experience the same poor ordeal I went through!
