I will not visit this location again! I’m so confused on how i received BURNT fajita peppers in my quesadilla. My entire meal is ruined! It’s so burnt you can smell it! I don’t understand why this was served. I’m sure I’m not the only one who received these. & to make matters worst my daughter found plastic in her bowl. I wish I noticed in the restaurant but I was on the other side putting the toppings on the chicken bowl I also ordered. If you visit this location watch them closely!

Ordered through the app a steak bowl: lettuce, light sour cream, black beans, brown rice, & cheese. My first mistake as I’m not there to see it made. This is what I received. lol where’s the lettuce? Mind you it was a free bowl by me redeeming my points, but sheesh why skimp on the toppings?

The only thing that annoys me more than someone who is incompetent, is somebody who acts like they are not.
I have been a loyal Chipotle Customer for years… All the way back to the CO days…. The people at this facility are extremely rude, and they serve your food like you are being rationed during the great depression. They fill the spoon, and then they shake off everything until it is below the line of the spoon being used…
My Kitten gets bigger servings at home, then people do at this Chipotle..
Serve the correct amount. Nobody asking for double or freebies. But when the bowl is 40% empty, stop acting like you are serving people overages in food.
I will never understand why people who have such horrible customer service skills and clearly do not care about the image of the business go into services jobs…
Just stay home at this point.

Place is absolutely filthy, not sure why I even ordered when I arrived. Won’t do that again, staff is childish and don’t handle food well. Found a hair in my bowl. Absolutely disgusting.

The food was good and the staff who helped with our order was great. However, there were three teenage employees in the kitchen who were screaming loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear, pushing and shoving each other, and seemed to have been recording each other with their phones. I know it’s a fast food place so I don’t expect the workers to not be casual with each other, but the behavior I experienced was very childish and highly distracting. And with them roughhousing in the kitchen i worry about their safety. I haven’t been to this location in a while but I’m surprised to see so many other similar complaints to mine.

With the prices going up, and the quality going down, I’m not inclined to return. The last 3 times I’ve gotten a bowl, some rice is undercooked / hard, there is gristle / fat that I’ve had to spit out, and some other weird, hard things in the bowl that I can’t identify?! Each time I have to request one scoop of rice or the whole bowl would be mostly rice. I have a closer option that is more consistent and better tasting for around the same price.

Went in today and was told they were out of black beans, corn, mild salsa, guacamole, lettuce and sour cream at 8pm. Did you really “run out” or too lazy to get more in the fridge. When I got home the rice was extremely salty and under cooked. The veggies were burnt. I couldn’t even finish the food. I want a refund. If there was a photo option I’d send a picture of my literal charred food. Waste of money.

This location needs to train these employees on how to treat/greet customers the right way. The girl at the register had a face as if she did not want to be there. No Hello!..No thank you and have a nice day! Nothing!!! Just all attitude! Then when it comes to how clean it was…the counter was messy with food spills. The lemonade station was not clean. I wasted my half bday free drink on lemonade that tasted old and sour…not the good sour either! I was very disappointed! This is the location I normally go to and never have had issues but this is my 2nd time encountering this attitude. Last time, the employee was slamming the rice and beans in the bowl. Again….Chipotle you need to provide better training and hire people who like to work and be around people.

Waited in line for our chips for about 3 minutes and we just told the manager that we would have a seat and come pick them up when they were ready. My wife went to pick them up an employee handed the chips to the manager and the manager open both bags up walk to the back dumped some of them out and then walk back. Had a total attitude and ship on her shoulder the entire time. When I I asked if we did anything to upset her she said that they were short-staffed and that I was all good. I told her politely she should treat people better that are customers. She had nothing to say to that. I wouldn’t waste my time complaining or telling their customer service department as they do nothing. The floor was sticky with food and drinks spilled on it the tables were filthy as well. As pictured you could see there were no napkins in any of the bins. This is another Chipotle me and my family will not be going to ever again. Stay away from this place unless you like crabby middle-aged sourpussed managers and sticky floors with filthy tables. Total waste of what could be a decent restaurant.
