This location needs help. I ordered lunch online for rapid pick up. Normally there’s a shelf alphabetized on the floor to pick up and go but this time there wasn’t. I looked everywhere and finally saw it behind the register. I waited for a solid 5 minutes and 3 associates clearly saw me and NEVER acknowledged me. I finally grabbed it off the shelf behind the register which is when someone finally noticed me and said “you can’t be back here”. Well mam, 3 associates saw me and never offered to help when I clearly needed it. There should be someone behind the register at all times. I also walked over to where you pick up food for ‘here’ orders and still no one offered to help when I was clearly looking for my order. I’ve ordered from here many times and the other times were good experiences but this time took me off. (Hence why I’m not giving only 1 star). There was a staff meeting the following day so hopefully management took this as a learning experience

I loved coming here years ago. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is not the same. Staff there are not friendly and seem to have a poor attitude towards certain customers. On the hand, I love the Walpole Panera Bread. Great attitude from the staff there who are warm and friendly attitude towards all their customers. Something this site’s staff could benefit from.

They need to hire more people. The manager here was running herself ragged taking care of customers. She obviously is a hard worker and deserves to be supported by the home office. Such a large company should be able to support its employees better.

Colleen as a regular 3-4x a week customer I was very unimpressed when goin to pickup my breakfast sandwich you confronted me about possibly stealing a 3 dollar cup of coffee that was offered to me by your manager and co worker in front of the entire restaurant. That was very embarrassing and unprofessional. There is ways to go about things professionally especially to your regulars. So you’ve lost my business I will never go back in there all over a 3 dollar cup of coffee!! Colleen maybe a few how to speak to your customers classes might come in handy. I’ll make sure to spread the word on how poorly you treat your customers xoxo

Had a great panera bread experience here at brockton – place was very clean, food was great, and had great service. Came with a friend and ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich with a fruit bowl and an iced tea. Decent sandwich 3/5 and healthy fruit to go along with it. Staff was super friendly and made great conversation when we were looking at the pastries. Convenietly close to medical centers and makes a great place to eat on a lunch break

DISGUSTING!!! I use to love this place. I had found the staff to be friendlier and the service quicker this was until i went through drive thru as normal and ordered the chipotle avocado sandwich. When i opened my sandwich to take a bite i found a dead end clung to the chicken. I threw it away immediately. This makes me question the cleanliness of this place. Beyond disgusting and it was so obvious that it was a dead ant. I’m talking about the shape, grooves and everything. DISGUSTING!

They force you to use their self service ordering devices which makes ordering your food take 10x longer and they are not paying me to work there so why do i need to do their jobs?. And they never clean these devices. A perfect way to catch some disease because we all know people don’t properly wash their hands.

In the afternoon a bacon turkey bravo is the same as it’s always been. The bomb. One of my favorite sandwiches. I order one at night and not every time but twice now it’s a skimpy ass thin sliced bread sandwich with the wrong cheese one piece of bacon and no pickle. It doesn’t even taste the same. I just paid twelve dollars for a meal that only made me more hungry. Whoever’s putting them in a box not a bag at night sucks.
