Not a bad location, not a bad environment, food is decent quality. They save money on the portions they give (see free bread), my Mac and cheese “bowl” had plenty of space between the top of the food and the lid…times are tough, and you see and feel it here (February 2026)

I ordered a chicken sandwich…i left and went to open it it had chicken crumble on the wrapper but it was steak inside.i cant eat red meat so i called the store. I let her know i couldnt come back id have to come tomorrow. She told me i had to keep the sandwich and bring it back and didnt say sorry didnt offer to say i could just keep that one and come back to.orrow for the correct one ..but i had to keep it for 24hrs on top of having to drive back they didnt rlly seem to feel bad about it i wont be returning they could have compensated me ✌️

Had a great panera bread experience here at brockton – place was very clean, food was great, and had great service. Came with a friend and ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich with a fruit bowl and an iced tea. Decent sandwich 3/5 and healthy fruit to go along with it. Staff was super friendly and made great conversation when we were looking at the pastries. Convenietly close to medical centers and makes a great place to eat on a lunch break

Lots of free parking. Cashier was friendly. Bagels had no flavor and doughy. Dirty dining room. Piles of dirty dishes next to the drinks and soda machine, floor dirty. Empty tabletops dirty. Employees texting away on their phones instead of cleaning. Even the trash barrels were overflowing onto the counter top.

The drive thru takes awhile unless you pre-order online and you then may wait if others in front of you don’t. I waited in line for over 10 minutes for 3 cars ahead of me to pickup their orders. I don’t think the drive thru is a fast pickup choice if you order sandwiches or large orders.

The food has always been great for me. Today I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich and had the Broccoli Cheddar Soup as well, both were delicious. The last time I visited in person, the service could’ve been better. Also keep in mind that Panera Bread is pricy but I think it’s worth it when the order comes out fresh. In the afternoon a bacon turkey bravo is the same as it’s always been. The bomb. One of my favorite sandwiches. I order one at night and not every time but twice now it’s a skimpy ass thin sliced bread sandwich with the wrong cheese one piece of bacon and no pickle. It doesn’t even taste the same. I just paid twelve dollars for a meal that only made me more hungry. Whoever’s putting them in a box not a bag at night sucks.

Been to tons of Panera’s but this one is the worst some staff have attitudes but it’s brockton so that’s expected my beef is the food panera is super expensive so to be served this leather like egg sandwich with burnt bread is unacceptable. Furthermore after speaking to the manager she claimed this is the normal way they make there sandwiches. She did swap it out but it caused me to have to wait another 7 mins which made me miss a good portion of my break…
