So, I hadn’t ordered from this restaurant since I last posted a review. I spoke with the owner and he was wonderful and tried to make things right by giving me coupons. I didnt ask for or want coupons but instead asked that he correct the issue with his employees and that more care be taken. I still havent used the coupons and with reservation given the last order I recieved. I ordered this evening and this time I ordered a deluxe and added on a few extras. Oddly, the extras made it onto the pizza but none of the other toppings that would normally come on a deluxe pizza made it onto the pizza. When I contacted the store I was told they close in 30 minutes and door dash would not pick up the pizza but that a worker there lives nearby and can drop one by after they close. Not cool Pizza 9.

I would definitely recommend anybody to eat here.

We ordered Uber eats. I ordered a deluxe pizza with Canadian bacon and extra cheese. I got a pizza with Canadian bacon and cheese only. But I paid for a deluxe. I tried to call in and have it corrected but was placed on hold and ignored. The pizza is a good quality, but good luck with to go orders.
Update *** we ordered here a couple months later and I decided to order here again for me and my granddaughter. We ordered a $7.69 teremesu and didn’t get it. When I called they blamed the driver. I may have believed them if it wasn’t the second big mistake. Im ok with mistakes but stop blaming someone else. We were excited about the teremesu

It was Sunday, Pre-game Rush for NFL Super Bowl . Placed a carry out order because we were passing though on our way home to Aztec from Roswell. The Customer Service was very pleasant, persistent and helpful. The Manager & employees were professional, friendly and polite. Great atmosphere. The deluxe pizza was very tasty. The beef calzone was delicious, light and golden brown dough, crust! And the spaghetti was delightful, a fav. We will defiantly make sure to stop at this location again!

I love Pizza 9 but this location is really inconsistent. The first time I ordered here, my double deep dish was so soaked it felt like it was going to fall through the box. Last night I tried again, asking to make sure it was crispy, so they put a disappointingly small amount of sauce. It really wasn’t even crispy even with less sauce. Every other Pizza 9 I have been to has been awesome, so I would consider going to another location even though this one is very close to me. I also heard a manager argue with a teammate before sending them home while waiting around 15 after my estimated pickup time.

Visiting the area, so first time trying this place. I ordered the BBQ pizza with deep crust and Chicago style meat lover’s pizza. Overall the pizza tasted great. The red sauce for the meat pizza was more on the spicy side. I can see they used Jalapeño to achieve that spice. The sauce had a strong taste of cumin, which I found odd in a pizza sauce. I didn’t necessarily taste other traditional herbs that is used to season pizza sauce. The flavor of the red sauce was overwhelming to me. I didn’t taste any meat on the pizza. The sauce drowned the meat flavor. Crust was delicious. Crispy on the bottom, soft in the middle.
BBQ chicken: BBQ sauce flavor was REALLY subtle. But it balanced well with the flavor of the crust. Crust is comparable to pizza hut pan crust, but less greasy. Amongst other BBQ chicken pizza compared to pizza restaurants, their BBQ chicken flavor was the most subtle.
