Ordered two pizzas for delivery, they got both of them completely wrong. Mixed up toppings/sauces and forgot some things altogether. The combination of toppings now makes the pizzas taste REALLY bad. I tried going to their website to request a refund, but their online support forms do not work at all – get a 404 error. I called the place directly and could only speak with a robot who was unhelpful. I can’t leave my apartment to ask them in person due to an injury. I am now out $30 and the company seems to have no recourse.
This is not the first time they’ve gotten an order wrong – it’s very frequent. I will not be ordering again unless they fix these mistakes and improve their communication.

Update: Was able to contact them via Instagram DM and they gave me a refund. Adding a star back. I appreciate their help. However, they clearly need a better communication system, and the employees at this location need to be trained better.

Ordered a gluten free pizza via delivery. Was given the wrong order on the first try. Delivery driver went back and picked up my second order, which didn’t have the extra topping I’d paid for. Tried to call the restaurant and was connected to an AI that kept saying the restaurant didn’t have a phone. Was given a link to a broken survey to request a refund. Very annoying and frustrating, and the gluten free pizza was extremely thin and expensive to top it off. Won’t be ordering from here again.

These were the most delicious things to ever hit my mouth. We ordered 6 different pizzas and every one of them was amazing. They were much bigger in size than we expected considering the price. They were ready in 15 minutes and we were greeted with friendly smiling employees.

Arrived here at 6:45 on Friday night and single pizza on conveyor belt took over 30 minutes to make. Staff just kept saying it’s coming through next with no recognition of the people waiting in store instead of online orders with no one waiting for them. Prioritize the people in the store placing their order, not an app.
I do not recommend stopping here for a “quick dinner” if you are planning to go to a show at 7:30. It will take too long and you’ll just be aggravated

I’ve been a loyal &pizza fan for over six years, and it never disappoints. From the fresh ingredients to the creative flavor combinations, everything about this place just works. The ability to customize your pie exactly how you want it makes it one of a kind.
I was genuinely sad to see the locations in New Jersey and New York close — they were my go-to spots. Nothing else has quite matched the quality and experience &pizza delivered. I still crave it and hope they’ll make a comeback in the area someday. Until then, I’ll always be a fan from afar and making a trip to Philly once in a while

Went to pick up an order to deliver for a customer. The employee greeted me and I greeted him back but I guess he didn’t hear me and got belligerent. Wanted to fight me outside. Currently waiting for the police to show up. I think he realized that and left. I’m posting his photo so other people know to handle this lunatic with kids gloves. I’ve delivered from the other locations and the staff are always nice.

&pizza serves rectangular pizzas, not traditional circular pizzas which I liked a lot. First time I got dirty bird pizza that was incredibly tasty. I just loved it so much. The second time I wanted to try different one and I ordered American honey pizza which was ok.
The place was really busy, but it didn’t take too long making my order. The employees were really friendly. Their prices were reasonable and I really liked their business hours.
I just have to say something about their trash area. I know they were busy but there was no excuse for not picking up empty pizza boxes in the trash area. It just looked so dirty and unprofessional.

We went here because my daughter needed a gluten free pizza. My wife ordered a cheese and sauce and I got the pepperoni pizza. The pizzas were not the normal round size but they tasted good. I would only order again if we needed a gluten free pie. There is absolutely no where to park but it is Center City so I expected that.

Love the flat bread style pizza here. They are very similar to snap pizza in dough although they have fewer individual ingredient choices here. I had the Americam Honey which is spicy. It was delicious.
This location has plenty of seating available at lunch time, and the lines aren’t long.

I go here often and today when I went it was terrible. When i asked for a fork they said they can’t give me one because I ordered hot knots and not a salad. I said i would pay for it and he said no. I think they might need to be paid more if the forks are coming out of their paycheck. When I went to war my hot knots they did not have any hot honey or garlic drizzle or parmesan. I was left highly unsatisfied with my food and discouraged that I couldn’t even get a fork. I spend money here at least 2x a week but this was weird. BOOOOOO
