I’m so glad I made the decision to pull in and order here! I had the best carhop experience I’ve ever had! La’nae is on top of things. She’s kind, friendly, and even though she was busy, she took the time to chat with me for a moment. She answered my question professionally and personably. She definitely makes the job look easy! (Six cars and DoorDash orders all came in within about 30 minutes, one after the other.) Still, she got my order right and out the fastest I’ve ever gotten my order! And it was SOOOOO GOOD!!!

The food was fresh and made with care. Despite a short wait due to how busy they were, our carhop, Javi, provided excellent service. He was courteous, attentive, and managed multiple orders with urgency. The new staff and management are a big step up from the previous team. Very impressed with the overall experience, and I’ll definitely be returning — especially now that this location is open 24 hours.

I ordered 2 sonic double bacon cheeseburgers the receipt even said what i ordered and they gave me 2 sonic cheeseburgers with onions , ONIONS DONT EVEN COME ON IT , plus theres no bacon . i usually love sonic’s but what is this , and. i’m usually not the one to write a bad review bc i work in fast food too , but this is unacceptable and disgusting ! do better sonic i would like a refund and to speak with the manager .

Literally the best Sonic I’ve ever been too. Not only was it extremely clean, but the customer service was outstanding. I got to meet the new general manager, Diego and he was so professional and friendly. I can definitely see a difference in the overall quality of customer service and food. Oh and the food!! By far the best looking burger I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant. It was fantastic. Everything was made exactly to order and so fresh. The new management definitely turned this place around and because of him and the quality of the food, I will be a returning customer for life!!

Just now Ordered a dragon fruit charger and it wasnt even dragon fruit just fizzie water with redbull it tasted awefull. Ordered a toaster and you could tell it was fried in old nasty grease. I cant believe i paid $15 dollars for this….

Generally the food from one Sonic to the next is relatively the same or very close to it. I have no complaints about the food at this location but the wait is quite long. Maybe hiring a few more car hops or an extra cook might help. It’s always a busy location which is not a bad thing. I just think they need a few more employees.

The service went down bad. I took my girlfriend for a late night date and we sat for 40-45 minutes with the red button pressed to order and had to press it a second time to order our food. The girl who came bring our food (emiah) was rude. No greeting at all just shoved my drink in my truck and dropped the sauces on the ground and walked away after rolling her eyes. For $40 worth of food and a crappy experience we could have went to dairy queen and atleast got the correct drink. Worst drive in in houma.
