Geesh don’t order here on a game day. We’ve ordered here before and it was good but today, absolutely horrible. The wings were pink and raw, and the pizza was undercooked. I called to inform them. My options were 1. We can make you another batch (who wants to drive back there AGAIN?) or 2. We can give you credit in your next order. Problem is after this order, we will not be ordering from here again. Absolutely gross!

Amazing pizza from this place! I’m not living in NY and was a really surprised style of this pizza from here! Full recommended. The only bad thing for me was the dry wings because they had super extra condiments and turn super exaggerated the flavor of lemon pepper idk if that’s the regular way to prepare that in Rochester but was too much for me, the rest the customer service by phone call was so good and quickly to do my pickup order

Been buying food here since it changed over to 151 from Marks. Used to love eating here,not anymore. Got XL deal XL PEPPERONI,2 orders of wings,asked for buffalo and garlic parm. Pizza had no cheese in middle,and wings far from well done,no sauce on either orders of wings. I spent over 50 bucks,and just extremely disappointed.

Order here all the time I usually don’t have a complaint until today I will never order from 151 again the staff is disrespectful the customer service sucked …I understand I wasn’t pleasant to speak to but the staff swore right back at me and asked me who I thought I was.. well I am a customer who you delivered a disgusting brown salad to. Whoever made the salad must be blind and whoever I talked to probably made the salad because they were awful to talk to. Think twice before ordering a salad the whole salad was brown

Order almost every Friday but , my order10/30/25 was the worst ever for any delivered food . Pizza cold wings no sauce on them and cold . Pizza bottom was wet with moisture. Pepperoni I think was cooked separately, it was so over cooked if you touched it they crumbled to dust! Last two orders were not good , I am done with them and would tell anyone not to go here for food!!

I’ve been going to the N.Chili store for awhile. I have usually gotten good service and good pizza until yesterday. I bought an order of Buffalo wings hot, a cup and char pizza and a supreme pizza. It all sucked. They had some high school aged kids in there working yesterday in yellow shirts as opposed to the black shirts the rest were wearing. They were working hard but were overwhelmed. The food I got was horrible in comparison to what I normally get. The pizzas were dried out and tasteless. The wings were the same and the sauce wasn’t even Buffalo mild. I don’t know what happened but I don’t know if I’ll be going back anytime soon. Very disappointed. As far as the service goes it was overall ok but would to comment that two kids that were too busy flirting with one another and screwing around then doing their jobs.

This has nothing to due with the food or service. Just strange that they charge you $5.00 for a delivery fee and the driver doesn’t get that or gas reimbursed. They rely on tips only. Seems that would go to the driver. Nice extra for the owner, hidden charge the customer doesn’t know about. So I’ll up the tip for the drivers.

I came across a coupon on Facebook, forr a FREE one topping pizza, , I was thinking there has too be more to this, besides the coupon expired a couple days ago. So I called it in and they said if I showed the post they would honor it , wow this a rare thing to do such a nice thing for the customers, the pizza it’s self was actually really good, it was well done like I asked and the dough was light , chees3 and sauce was good as well. Only thing for me personally was I didn’t like the strong garlic taste, maybe it was brushed in the crust or something, I’ll just see if I can get it without it next time,.
