Place is amazing! Best pizza and service in town and thats saying something in a city like chicago. Order drinks that were made perfect, the large pizza was cooked to perfection and big enough to feed a 5 or 6. The manager came and introduced himself and asked about the dinning experience. Everything from the lovely ladies that greeted us at the door to the after dinner drinks was exquisite. I will be writing an additional review, a more in depth review to publish. Highly recommend!

Went there on sunday night. It was pretty slow. Waited for food (pasta and pizza) for pasta and pizza forever. Server Christianna had an attitude that you really didn’t feel like staying or being served by her. Busboy did better job. We ordered medium pizza she got us large. Slow service. Bartender looked like he know what he is doing and was friendly. Food was nothing special.

I ordered deep dish meat lovers pizza today but what I got was totally different. A lot of onions and tomato sauce, nothing more. I absolutely do not recommend this pizzeria, which does not take into account the wishes of the customer. Too bad I’m disappointed (

We came to this location after our kids put on a performance of The Nutcracker with their ballet studio. The wait for the pizza was a little longer than expected, but it was absolutely delicious. We also had a nice chat with the manager about sports. He was super friendly and wonderful to speak with. All the staff was really kind and personable. I would absolutely return next time we are out in the northern suburbs.

2 couples, they had thin crust, we had deep dish. The thin crust was passable, but the deep dish, we didn’t care for. The crust seemed like it was store-bought, and from there it went downhill. Will not return for another try.

Been ordering here on a regular basis for a couple years. Tonight was a pretty bad experience from pickup to the pizza. First went in to pick up my pizza and gave someone my name… 30 minutes after waiting I went and asked if they had my order, turns out they forgot to put my name on and pizza came out immediately. No sorry or apologies for making sit there for a half hour. They definitely need to streamline the pickup better. Second – the cheese pizza was burnt and chewy, this isn’t typical but it didn’t taste very good at all.

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was awesome! Mike is the nicest guy and worked with me in getting the perfect party together for my guests. The pizza was so good and they even accommodated my lactose intolerant friend with a special meal.

We ordered for my brother’s birthday. 3 pastas, 2 pizzas, mozzarella sticks. It was delivered on time. Everything was cold and nothing tasted very good. The pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni and as you can see it looks like they literally just snuck in a few pieces of someone else’s pizza. We all just laughed about the thought process that went into that. So thanks for the laughs! The thin crust pizzas were hard and almost stale tasting. The pasta was relatively flavorless, especially the Robert’s favorite. It was like plain noodles with Italian sausage cut up on top. It was all pretty gross. The fettuccine Alfredo was the most flavorful thing, but it still wasn’t anything special. I just moved back here after living out of state for 10 years and was excited to have Pizano’s again (the only reason I’m giving 2 rather than one stars is the memory that this place used to be good), but this isn’t what I remembered. I know they’re probably short staffed, like everywhere, which is sad. They are probably not able to spend a lot of time/energy on quality control, but the quality was just SO poor. I may give another chance, but not any time soon.
