Our food came out in what felt like just a few minutes, I didn’t time it, but it was FAST.
We ordered the gyro mini pita with fries and the extra spicy sujuk bowl, and WOW, so much flavor in every bite!!! The pita was incredibly soft with the perfect texture, the veggies tasted super fresh, and the tzatziki had just the right punch of garlic. The fries are thinner-cut with a really tasty seasoning.
It was my first time trying sujuk (a type of sausage), and I’ve clearly been missing out! Again, SO much flavor!!! They offer three heat levels (mild, spicy, extra spicy). I went with extra spicy, and with a pretty high heat tolerance I’d say it lands around a medium-to-hot level compared to Thai or Indian spice… definitely not the highest heat level out there, but a great kick. My elementary-aged kid loved it too (they’re a spice fan). The rice was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor.
One note: it is on the saltier side, which I personally enjoyed, but something to keep in mind if you’re watching sodium.
After finishing, we couldn’t resist trying the funella fries, funnel cake fries topped with powdered sugar and Nutella, and they absolutely hit the sweet tooth spot.
Overall: delicious food, service that’s exactly what the service industry should strive for, and very fair prices.
Can’t wait to come back and work through the rest of the menu, especially the Greek fries and that spicy green sauce!!!
The service and atmosphere were outstanding. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. It felt comfortable and relaxed, but still upbeat and inviting.
We ordered the steak shawarma and the Big Greek gyro, and both were loaded with tender, well-seasoned meat and fresh toppings wrapped perfectly. The Greek fries were so good they were topped with a flavorful sauce and crumbled feta cheese. So good! It was a lot of food and definitely worth it.
This will definitely become our favorite place for Mediterranean food. We can’t wait to go back!
Upon walking in, I was greeted from the kitchen, which is always a great sign. The gentleman immediately came to take my order and was helpful with my questions.
I got the Greek bowl with chicken and beef gyro, added feta cheese. The gyro and rice were cooked perfectly with a very authentic flavor. The pita bread was soft and warm with a garlic / cilantro flavor. The veggies were fresh and tasty.
With a small drink, it came to $16, which is a very fair price for the amount of food. I can eat a lot, and this made me full, which is uncommon now at restaurants in this price range.
Highly recommend this place!
